I had called several plumbers to repair or replace my existing tank water heater. Dax called back right away and came over on the same day for a quote. He is kind, efficient, let's you know exactly what's going on. Neither of the other plumbers called back until several days later. Dax replaced my tank water heater with a tankless water heater that he recommended. Because of cost he also suggested that I could look for it online, which is what I did and had it ordered and delivered to the house. He came the next day, took out the old water heater and installed the tankless. He's so easy to talk to you, text or calls back right away and is there when he says he will be there. He even gives you updates along the way so you know if he is going to be late or other things are happening. Quality, timeliness, and care are certainly things we should all be looking for. He is tops in all of these! Thank you Dax for helping me out! You will definitely be my plumber from here on out! You were great!

Awesome service. Dax was super friendly. Came out to give a free estimate. He did our work (broken pipe at water meter) after initially estimating 4 hours of work. He was able to do the work in only one hour (while I was at work) and billed us accordingly. He easily could could have charged us the full 4 hours, but he didn't. Honest, good, plumber (and extremely reasonable too!).
