We have used Rooks Rooter several times. Most recently we consulted with him on a sink in our master bathroom that was not draining. We were quoted over $3,000 to fix this as they had to break down a wall.
Rooks came and got rid of the clog with no damage for $85!! What??? He is super reliable and gets the job done. In our previous issues he was able to fix them pretty quickly and the cost was super reasonable.
We will continue to use him as needed and I highly recommend him! He's also super nice and makes helpful recommendations. 5 stars for sure!

I had called several plumbers to repair or replace my existing tank water heater. Dax called back right away and came over on the same day for a quote. He is kind, efficient, let's you know exactly what's going on. Neither of the other plumbers called back until several days later. Dax replaced my tank water heater with a tankless water heater that he recommended. Because of cost he also suggested that I could look for it online, which is what I did and had it ordered and delivered to the house. He came the next day, took out the old water heater and installed the tankless. He's so easy to talk to you, text or calls back right away and is there when he says he will be there. He even gives you updates along the way so you know if he is going to be late or other things are happening. Quality, timeliness, and care are certainly things we should all be looking for. He is tops in all of these! Thank you Dax for helping me out! You will definitely be my plumber from here on out! You were great!
