Roman's Plumbing was great - the super friendly dispatcher had someone to my house within 90 minutes of my call. He was polite & courteous, and very conscious of keeping my house clean while he worked, and best of all he had my problem resolved in less than 30 minutes. I will call them again next time I need a plumber (but let's hope that's not too soon....)

We own a home in Sonoma and Roman's Plumbing has worked on a few things for us. They are the only plumber we will ever call. Beyond professional. Very responsive and unbelievably courteous. I can't say enough about how great their work is! You cannot go wrong by choosing them.

They just left after installing a brand new water heater and replacing a glass vessel sink for us. Do yourself a favor and don't waste any time calling anyone else.

It looks like everything has been said already that I would have written on here. Very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix my leak for a very small amount of money. We used Romans on a small toilet repair at a rental house of ours, and they did a good job and the price was reasonable. Then I asked them to give me a bid on replacing my hot water heater in my home and also doing 3 very small projects while they were here, which I knew would not take more than 30-45 minutes to complete. It took quite a while to get the bid back and this delayed the project so that it could not be done before the tenant got back from vacation. When the bid did finally come in, the price was absolutely ridiculous. The hot water heater replacement was higher than any other bid I had received, but the kicker was the price for the 3 extra projects. Based on their hourly rate they had figured in over 3 hours for doing only 2 of the projects. The third project they were not interested in doing. I got another bid and it was less than half the price, included the 3 extra projects (which they did in about 40 minutes), and that plumber did a great job. It pays to get several bids, even when you have worked with someone in the past. I won't be using this company again.

Roman's Plumbing is a wonderful wonderful company. These are real people who do their best to make you happy and do a fabulous job at what they do...They are extremely professional and competent and I feel grateful to have Roman and everybody who works for him...on my side...I had a job that i needed to talk over at length with Roman...he never was too busy to communicate with me in a timely manner and give me options and honest opinions...Marcel came to do the job and what a delight!
Every person that I spoke to in the was office Great!....
I hope I don't have need of their services anytime soon...but if I do...I know these are people I can trust!
