is totally honest, reliable, courteous & caring, Roman's Plumbing is the one!! When you call, you are greeted with a friendly hello, & total professionalism. Calling a plumber is not something one looks forward to, but I know whenever we have had to
call Roman, he will take care of us & I never worry we will be overcharged, or given
false information. We highly recommend Roman's Plumbing!!!!

I called Roman's Plumbing with the idea that we needed some drains to be snakes at our house. Dave showed up on schedule (they had actually called to ask if he could come early, which totally helped my schedule!) and we assessed the four problem areas in two of our bathrooms. Additionally, I mentioned a separate problem with one shower. Dave assessed the situation and gave me high and low estimates. In the end, the low estimates won, and Dave was done with the work in a short time in spite of having to drive and get parts to fix the difficult shower.

This was my first experience with Roman's Plumbing -- but it won't be the last. We plan on calling them to do some upgrade work in our kitchen.

Awesome and Plumber...two words you never see in the same sentence. Yet if you call Roman's for any plumbing problems that's what you will get...an Awesome Plumber! We had the control box go out on our two year old water heater. Called Roman's and they had a plumber at our house in two hours, Wow!! He even drove down to Marin to pick up the new part and had it installed and up and running by that afternoon. They even called us the next day to make sure the water heater was working and even made another follow-up call a week later. Where do you get that kind of service this day and age. Only at Roman's!!

Roman's Plumbing is great. Roman came out to check out our septic problem. His first visit was to scout out the situation which he didn't end up charging us for. The followup visit involved snaking our sewer main and then running a camera to show us that the main is fine.

Low flow toilets are the main problem and he gave us some ideas for addressing this problem.

They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and trying to build a long term relationship, not just once and done. Thanks Roman!

Up until last Monday, I'd pretty much only used Yelp for restaurant reviews. When our water heater failed and leaked all over our garage last Monday morning, I did a Google search on ""Petaluma water heater replacement"" and up popped Yelp, and clicking on Yelp revealed Roman's Plumbing as #1. I can understand why.

I called and was greeted by the very pleasant Eleni, who said she'd contact Roman, who was in Novato at the time, to see when he might be able to look at my water heater situation. As it turned out, he was at my house in Petaluma within 30 minutes.

He advised me that I needed a new water heater, which seemed clear since it was 20 years old and had started leaking and was making a mess of my garage. He also advised me of code changes in place since the water heater was originally installed. Although he had 3 other jobs he was juggling that day, he made sure he and Alan installed a new water heater for us by dinner time, all to code. (The City signed off on the permit yesterday in about 10 seconds after looking at the installation.)

As other people have noted, Eleni, Roman, and Alan were all really competent, responsive, hard working, and nice to work with. It was no fun having to get a new water heater in what felt like somewhat of an emergency situation, but they made the whole process much easier and more quickly resolved than I expected when I saw water all over our garage.

I, too, give Roman's Plumbing the highest possible recommendation and would definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

So let me put it this way, There is NO BETTER PLUMBING COMPANY! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest!!! Everyone from our first call to the office to Dave coming out and doing the work. I really cannot give them high enough praise. Do not waste your time with calling anyone else. We will always use them and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Romans Plumbing came in this week to repair several leaks in my sinks and general maintenance. Alan was so efficient and did a fantastic job. Eleni is the Office Manager and she was extremely helpful in getting Alan scheduled quickly to come fix my repairs. I am so happy with their service! Thanks, guys!

I manage a senior facility and that being said I deal with ALOT of different vendors, both good and bad. And due to the negative experience I have had with our other plumber I have been on the hunt for a new plumbing team. And the team at Roman's Plumbing were top notch from the start. Their customer service far exceeded any other shop I interviewed. Roman was on time for our meeting and even helped me fix a sink I was having problems with. He was the only plumber that tackled the issue I had with the sink on our walk through. I would highly recommend Roman's Plumbing for any residential or commerical work.
