We needed an emergency snaking when someone flushed baby wipes down our toilet and we lost flushing capability .

Even though it was a Friday afternoon Chris responded so quickly and was literally here in a matter of minutes. He was extremely professional and efficient. He was friendly and so helpful. My family is extremely grateful for having a working toilet!!

He came and fixed my disposal and a few days later my washing machine was leaking and I called him back and while i had him I asked him if he could changed my kitchen faucet -changed the way I do dishes and clean my sink....huge game changer...like who knew something so simple can make such a great deal!!! I love it!!! He worked with my schedule which was very accommodating of him because of my work hrs. I had plumbers in the past that over charged me and took advantage of my lack of knowledge in this field. I never called them back and kept looking. I am done looking. Chris is in my ""Rolodex"" He is honest and reasonable - nuff said!

Well here we go again my 5 star review to Chris perri. What can I say but once again he goes over and beyond what you call him for. His just a laid back Honest professional guy who I have known n grown comfortable with from the first time we met in 2014. I called him last week to discuss this issue I have with my bathroom in a condo unit and he gave me a few advice what to do till he can see me (bec of it being the holiday) so he fixed one problem but the other problem was one that he tried and now I have to deal with the insurance company. But Chris sat there with me and helped me explain what was going on. So yes if I could give him a 10 stars I would everytime. Way to go ROMA ROOTER

Plumbing emergency!!! I had a leak in my bathroom and there was water everywhere. I contacted Roma Rooter and Chris answered right away. He went out to my house within an hour. He explained everything to me in detail and was nice about it. He took the time to educate me on me different services and materials needed. His price was very reasonable and fair especially since he came out on such short notice! You can trust this company!!!

I am a believer!!!! I did the 10 min response time for a quote and it actually happened! Chris responded within the ten mins and showed up on the dot the next morning. He worked on my kitchen sink leak until it was fixed (1.5 hrs.) and charged me a figure I couldn't repeat because it so cheap! Okay - $12.50! C'mon! I was waiting for a three figure amount! He also asked me if I wanted to snake the drain since my water was kind of draining slowly but it was raining outside. I didn't want to do that to him. I will definitely call him in the future. I highly recommend Chris to you and your friends. I already sent his info to a friend this morning. Thank you Chris!!

The owner Chris responded to my request on yelp quickly w estimate, gave him my address got here in 30 mins to locate the leak in bathroom. After the job was done he asked for something that's lower than estimate, he could charge more in this case but he didn't, so give him a thumbs up for honesty. I will call for future plumbing issues.

It's never good when you have to call a plumber but if you do, Chris is the guy to call. He got back to me right away, made his way over that day and took care of the problem in no time. He was knowledgeable, fairly priced and best of all a great guy! If you need a plumber, he's your guy!

Chris had to do a water heater job for us that was a nightmare and he took care of that job like a true professional.
