For awhile now, my kitchen sink water has been running very slow. Garbage disposal grindings were backing up into the main sink. Yuk!

Very pleased with Chris Perri of Roma Rooter! Called him yesterday, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. He showed up right at 10:00. Asked some questions and determined the backup was in the main water line, not the sink plumbing. The snake couldn't push the backup so he water jetted it. The drain is clear now -- yay!

He suggested that once or twice a month fill the main sink (not the disposal sink side), half-way with warm water and two scoops of OxyClean. This should keep the drains clean and running quickly. Also, never use those drain cleaners -- that you're wasting your money and over time they corrode the pipes.

When I called Chris on a Saturday morning, neither he or I realized how bad of a water heater problem we had at our new home. It took him much longer than he initially thought to fix the problem, but he didn't charge us for the extra time and supplies. Also, I called him after he left because we were still having problems (no fault on his part), and he picked up right away and came right back. It took a total of 7 hours and I know he had plans with family, so I really appreciate that he came out on the same day and made sure we had hot water over the weekend.

Chris Perri (Roma Rooter) was recommended to me by our regular plumber when he couldn't get rid of a clog with his hand-held snake. The clog was backing up both our bathrooms, most likely created by those ""flushable"" wipes which apparently are not that flushable. Anyway, Chris came by the next day and got the job done with his large motorized rooter. He even had to use a vent on our roof to get to the clog. Chris is friendly, professional and talks you through the process. No upselling or ridiculous recommendations like those folks at the larger companies.

I define good service from a service as one who doesn't try to sell his customers unnecessary services. Excellent service is what Chris Perri provides.

I called Chris up for a quote on running a camera into the sewer, as recommended by a representative from the city, to see what was causing our backup flow. I followed the camera recommendation, but Chris advised me to rooter (?) instead to find the root (haha) of our problem because it would be a more cheaper alternative. He was very patient and thorough with explaining the process to make sure my mother and I were well-informed.

Very friendly person, professional, and very honest. My mother cannot stop telling me how satisfied she is with his service. I think Chris will become our go-to guy for our problematic plumbing.
