I always look for small business owners who do the work themselves or are at least overseeing the work and take pride in the outcome. That's Rojas. The benefits of this approach are quality work that the owner stands behind and great pricing as there are no sales guys or middle men involved in the project. Next time I have a plumbing issue I know who to call.

We can't recommend Rojas Plumbing enough! Ivan and his team worked so hard to fix our sewer leak exactly on time within 3 days.
They not only worked quickly, they also rebuilt our landscaping exactly the way it was before they had to dig the big trench to lay the new lateral lines.
Their price also seemed very reasonable given the quantity of worked completed. Thank you Rojas!!!

I reached out to Rojas plumbing after panicking about plumbing issues happening at my newly purchased home. Initially, I thought I had a simple clogged drain but it turned out to be a clog deeper in the sewage line. Ivan was calm and reassuring and came sooner than anyone else I reached out to. He also had fair pricing! He checked back in to make sure everything was working out afterwards. I will definitely utilize them in the future!

I've been going to Ivan and his team for a few years now and they've always been reliable and do a great job. My place is on the older side so I tend to have a lot of emergencies that Ivan is able to respond to fairly quickly. He's replaced both my kitchen and bathtub faucet. He also explains everything in detail and provides suggestions on how to keep the plumbing working well moving forward. I've definitely asked for help on multiple occasions, something I'm sure I wouldn't get with other places. Appreciate the help!

Stop, turn around! Leave!!! These jokers are in the community but don't serve the community. We needed to have our thermostat repaired and I asked for a quote through Yelp and they were the one group that didn't get back to us. I would have preferred if they would have said that they didn't want to do the job.

Anyway, asked them for a quote and did not get one. So I called and talked to someone and he said that it's better to call directly because they don't check Yelp for appointments. Hmmm... Anyway, I made an appointment. And on the day of service, my husband stayed home and waited and they didn't even come by. I called the guy and asked him about it and he said that he would check with his guys in the field and that they just decided not to go. Huh??? If they didn't want repair, they could have said something. Other companies did and some gave me prices that were out of pocket.

Turns out, the joke's on them. My husband wants to replace the thermostat and the heater. So guess who I'm not calling? These losers. For plumbing needs, call Superior Plumbing. They actually keep their appointments and don't charge an arm and a leg for service. They are professional, timely and call you 1/2 hour or so before arriving at your place. And when you call them back, someone checks with the guys in the field and they confirm that you are still on the schedule.

Originally, I posted about a responsive alternative, but the owner asked me to take it down because it was against guidelines. So I'm removing it. But, the lack of response was frustrating and I stand by what I said. Try S.P. They're better.

Rojas plumbing added an inline valve to the water line that feeds my backyard. That line had made me nervous in that if it broke ( it had been slowly separating from the house and bending). Ramon not only added the inline valve but added concrete strap/screws to hold it in place. He also fixed my leaking sprinkler manifold by unscrewing and adding plumbers tape. Above and beyond!! I can now relax when I am away from home!! Thank you!!

I had a panicked moment when the toilet water wouldn't refill properly after a flush, and then the flush wouldn't work at all. After giving me an estimate, Rojas was very responsive getting here to work on the repair. I thought it was a pump issue, but turns out that the issue was more with the flushing mechanism's chain and flushing handle. The plumber tried to ""quick fix"" it by untangling the chain and semi-reconnecting it to the handle. But really with the toilet needed was a new handle. I figured this out after the plumber left because the chain fell off again. I calles to have them come back out the next day where they did the repair in full.

Overall, I would recommend their services if you need them. However, the hourly rate was extremely high for this type of repair. The plumbing cost shouldn't cost five+ times moren than the repair itself, especially since there was no pump replacement. I suppose that's the cost of repair work in the Bay Area these days.
