I had a panicked moment when the toilet water wouldn't refill properly after a flush, and then the flush wouldn't work at all. After giving me an estimate, Rojas was very responsive getting here to work on the repair. I thought it was a pump issue, but turns out that the issue was more with the flushing mechanism's chain and flushing handle. The plumber tried to ""quick fix"" it by untangling the chain and semi-reconnecting it to the handle. But really with the toilet needed was a new handle. I figured this out after the plumber left because the chain fell off again. I calles to have them come back out the next day where they did the repair in full.

Overall, I would recommend their services if you need them. However, the hourly rate was extremely high for this type of repair. The plumbing cost shouldn't cost five+ times moren than the repair itself, especially since there was no pump replacement. I suppose that's the cost of repair work in the Bay Area these days.

HIghly recommend Rojas Plumbing and Heating, (510) 932-3184. We had a plumbing emergency on a Fri. night (badly clogged kitchen sink, black dirt coming up, attached to an old 40-foot galvanized pipe under the house)--I called Rojas Sat. at 7am, Omar called back immediately, and came out the same morning to fix it. Later that week he came back to replace a faulty seal under the toilet (damaged when we had the floor tiled). Each fix took close to 2 hrs, and each time the price was reasonable, around $300, in line with the work. (This is in great contrast to the big local plumbing and electric co. we've used in the past which does fine work but charges truly outrageous prices for plumbing especially.) Omar Rojas is great--responsive, competent and professional, easy to work with, a problem solver. Thanks, Omar!

I had a leak from my valve that diverted water from my tub to the shower. One company without seeing the job quoted a price of $1700 to complete the job. Omar Rojas came in and diagnosed the problem, had to go get the cartridge for the handle and finished the job all in one day without ripping out tile! Overall cost significantly less than $300! I highly recommend his services!
He in business with his brother and father, and Omar is effective and provides extremely timely. Work in a cost effective manner! I highly recommend his services!

Not only was the customer service amazing but they finished my shower caulking in one day they also fixed my hot and cold water that same day . Our shower drain clogged upon the move-in day of our Airbnb guest. We called Rojas and they came out within 3 hours (during an atmospheric river have you). Everyone else needed until the end of the week -- oh and was more expensive. Amazing job. Family business. Good people! 100% recommend.

Ivan and his team did an excellent job replacing the pilot on my water heater. Called him yesterday and within 24 hours he was able to get the job done. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company if you want someone you can trust.
