I called Roger's Plumbing last week to schedule an estimate for a water softener installation and was told someone would be here between 2-4 today. They didn't show up and didn't call, so I called the main office. They said sorry, we forgot to call, but someone will be there in 30 minutes. Usually I am more understanding but I've had some bad experiences with contractors in the last year so my patience level is pretty low. Next!

How often does the owner of an established plumbing company come to your house to perform the service you requested? I couldn't believe it, but there Roger was on the doorstep!
We started using Roger's Plumbing when we had trouble with a leak in the kitchen and had other plumbers out to detect leak to no avail. We called Roger's Plumbing and they figured out the solution, which involved removing the toilet, discovering a cracked flange and repairing the elusive leak. They did the hard work to locate the problem! We signed up for the Diamond Club and now we go to the front of the appointment line and get a 15% discount on repairs!

Set an appointment and was instructed it was a 2 hr window and they would call to let me know when the plumber was 30 mins out. The appointment window worked perfectly because I was able to work until I received the call. I had a severe shower leak which was diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, the leak had nothing to do with the plumbing, a recommendation was made for the repair. Along with the leak diagnosis the plumber checked all the bathrooms for leaks and efficiency. Outstanding customer experience, pricing is straight forward and easy to understand.

My two outdoor water spigots were leaking and in trying to repair them, I found out that my main water shutoff valve was broken. And so, I had to look for a plumber. At first, I found one using a phone app, scheduled a time, and waited...and waited. 45 minutes later, still no one showed up, and so I called and got the excuse that he forgot to call and let me know he was going to be late, and that it would be another hour before he would arrive. Yeah..that wasn't going to happen. I canceled and the very next day called Roger's Plumbing.

Angela answered and was very nice, and said she could have someone meet me up the next day, and the next day I met up with Chris. He was on time and very professional. I explained the situation, he took a look and explained to me in detail what was needed, explained the pricing and warranty, and we then set up a time to get the job done. It was hassle free!

Sure enough, Chris came on the day that we set up and texted me to let me know he was getting started. I was at work, and appreciated that he informed me that he was on the job. He even texted me pictures, showing me progress along the way. I got to see the pipes and valves after he dug into it and the beautiful new pipes and valves after he finished the job. And a bonus surprise, as I found out later, was that he went ahead and even replaced the two leaky spigots with brand new ones. I had thought he was just going to fix them. This was at no extra charge. Excellent!

The entire experience was excellent, and I had repairs done in a matter of days. They are now my go to plumbers for any future projects or repairs.

Chris with Roger's Plumbing in Leander came out today to diagnose and fix low water pressure and broken handles in the shower. Chris showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quickly discovered the problem and determined he had the parts and ability to fix it. He told us about the company, the pricing, the warranty, got our permission and went to work. In no time we had water pressure and new shower handles! Hurrah!

We used another plumber a few months ago for the same problem. He was surly, rude, complained about having to drive so far, and did a poor job. He did not replace all the parts he claimed to have replaced and forgot to put set screws in the porcelain handles, which fell off and broke when he left. We were reluctant to call another plumber, but found Roger's Plumbing in Leander on Angie's list and decided to give him a try.

Roger's Plumbing cost a bit more, but they did a great job, Chris was easy to work with, and they gave us a great warranty and a coupon for future work. We will be calling them back when future plumbing issues arise.

These guys are great they will not sell you what you don't need here all day it seems and only charged 200.00 dollars removed a toilet cleaned roots out of drain.just seems any one else would have charged much more so thanks again.

We've used Roger's Plumbing for well over 10 years and have only had positive experiences with their repairs, service, and professionalism. We've always been able to count on their reliability and believe they are trustworthy. A few times they've asked to move up/back my appointment time by a short amount of time, but it makes sense that sometimes a plumbing call ends up being more complicated or involved than they know until they actually see what they're dealing with. I've appreciated the fact that they've at least called rather than being a no-show. Also, when we've had emergency plumbing issues, they've always made us a priority, so I can respect a company that occasionally needs to work around their schedule to make sure those with emergencies have their situations resolved first. And, quite honestly, in over 10 years, we might have had to be rescheduled to another day once, if that. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

We called Roger's Plumbing last month when we had a broken pipe under the front yard. The technician was very polite and friendly. After his initial quote, we spoke for a few minutes and decided to fix the problem ourselves. He was very understanding and helpful with his knowledge and experience and gave us plenty of insight in regards to making sure it was fixed correctly as to not cost us more than was needed. The next time we have a plumbing issue, this is definitely who we will be calling again! Thank you, Roger's Plumbing!

We've used Roger's Plumbing for years and are extremely satisfied. They are prompt, courteous, clean and very knowledgeable. They have great customer service on the phone and in the field. A few years back, Roger recommended a water alarm for our washer/ dryer area. It turns out our old washer broke and had developed a leak. The water alarm woke us in the middle of the night, which allowed us to turn off the water to the washer and saved our hardwood floors. Thanks Roger for being so proactive! We highly recommend this company.
