Jeff at Rocky Rooter was amazing! I actually hired another plumber but that plumber had to cancel due to his tools being stolen from his truck so he personally recommended Jeff at Rocky Rooter. I'm so thankful he did because Jeff really did a fantastic job. He took out an old kitchen faucet and replaced it with a brand new one. He even helped clean the counter space where the new faucet was going in! Just very thorough, thoughtful, professional and personable. He was very quick and friendly. He even took the time to check on a couple of other plumbing issues I had in my house just to give a quick diagnostic. He is also reasonably priced.

I had a very badly clogged kitchen sink (one side of a double sink) that I had ignored for too long because of a previously bad experience with the last plumber I hired (whose name I can't remember). But then the disposal in the other side of the sink went out and I couldn't wait much longer. I was encouraged by the positive Yelp reviews so I called Rocky Rooter and couldn't have been more pleased with Jeff and Karen and their service, courtesy, promptness, and quality of work. I also believe the price was very fair. Now I know if I have any kind of plumbing need I won't wait, I'll call Jeff right way.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. Rocky Rooter responded quickly to my quote request. Their quote was the lowest among the ones I received. Lowest doesn't always mean better, but I went with this company anyways. Jeff came as scheduled, worked quickly, and I had my new faucet in about an hour. He even volunteered to clean up some buildup around the faucet. Despite the lowest quote, I still got the best service and more.

We had a clogged toilet in our downstairs bathroom. Jeff tried several methods to unclog the toilet but nothing was working. He then removed the toilet and this is what he found! I couldn't believe it. Jeff was able to fix the problem and he charged under $200. I highly recommend Rocky Rooter and would not hesitate to use them again.

needed my shower snaked because of all the hair clogging it up. Living with 4 women is definitely tough. The plumber who showed up was a very nice guy and he snaked it and was out in just under 30 minutes. Very nice job.

My husband found them on yelp based on reviews, had them come over to replace the toilet. They were fast, on time and handled the job very professionally.
They brought the toilet themselves and took care of the old one in one shot. Very hassle free. All the asked was to send them couple pics and measurements to avoid second visit. Thank u!

I had a plumber come to evaluate an obstructed toilet and he tried to snake it ultimately giving up advising me I needed a rooter. He did advise me to find a ""mom and pop"" business as the big name rooter companies would try to gouge me.

Thankfully I found Jeff at Rocky Rooter via YELP reviews and needless to say I would recommend him to everyone.

Pros:
* promptly accommodated my busy schedule
* communicated with me during day of appointment and arrived as expected without wasting my day/time
* removed shoes in my home without asking (can't believe how people have declined to remove shoes as if it was a foreign request)
* communicated what he was doing, why and how (I have expensive Italian marble that was grouted to toilet which he was able to gently remove without damaging floors and carefully secure toilet to tile the proper way maintaining aesthetic appeal
* BEST OF ALL fixed my plumbing needs for an unbelievable price (I heard horror stories of rooter pricing)!!!

I called in to get a quote. As I was explaining the situation, the gentleman on the phone explained to me his process and gave me a good tip to try before calling him in since it was possibly a simple fix. He was right and it worked. You don't always find an honest professional in this space, but this man is honest. I called about 6 other places that were asking for hundreds of dollars. If something major happens, I will reach out to him first for a quote! You can tell over the phone that he is passionate about his work and really knows his stuff! Highly recommend at least giving him a call!

I faced low water pressure and sediments in water. When I called Rocky Rooter, I got appointment right next day morning. Jeff is very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem right away. He fixed the issue in that visit itself with a very reasonable price. I was worried about facing a serious and costly plumbing issue. I appreciate Jeff quickly resolving the problem.
