This is the second time we've used Rocky Rooter and it's so nice to know that I now know who to call whenever we have a backed up plumbing issue. After having a contractor install new plumbing, our tub drain was completely clogged to the point where it was backing up out of the sink and he cleared it out completely. He was so reasonably priced too. Such a relief.

Water was shooting out from the kitchen sink drain when the garbage disposal is on. I thought the garbage disposal needed to be repaired or replaced. Rocky Rooter was the only one who can come out same the day I called. This is the first time that I hired Jeff. He's courteous, honest, and efficient. It turned out I had a clogged kitchen drain. Onion peels got stuck in the Upipe. He fixed the clogged drain in no time and the cost was reasonable.
The only thing I didn't like is that he dumped the food scraps/debris in the toilet. Even though he asked me before he did it, and I said fine. Later I found out, you shouldn't dump eggs shells in the toilet. There were eggs shell & onion peels in the food scraps. I thought as a plumber, he would know what not to dump in the toilet.

I have used Jeff's service twice. First time for replacing kitchen faucet and second time for dripping bathtub faucet. Excellent experience for both times. For the second time, Jeff provided me information for tools and parts needed to replace the bathtub faucet stem to fix the dripping problem. Based on his recommendation, I replaced the stems by myself and fixed the dripping problem. A wonderful experience. I'll definitely use him again next time and highly recommend him to others.

This is the second time I have used Jeff. I had a leak issue with the pipe going to the ice maker. I sent Jeff some pictures. After looking at the pictures he just recommended me a fix the issue using copper pipe instead of plastic for free on the phone. The fix worked like a charm. I have very hight regards for Jeff. If ever I need the plumbing service I would trust Jeff blindly. If you are looking for a honest skilled plumber Jeff is the go to person

Jeff is always courteous, helpful and quick with plumbing needs. He has replaced hose bibbs, replaced the seals in our shower so it would stop leaking, cleaned out our kitchen drain, cleared our main line several times (we have an offset), and used a camera to determine the extent and location of our offset. I'd recommend him to everyone, especially if you live in Irvine!

Jeff came over on Saturday morning to fix the drainage issue of a toilet. He was very honest and fixed it right on the spot with very reasonable cost. I spend 5x more to fix this same toilet before and, of course, it was not completely fixed. Just call him and he will fix it for you with the most reasonable price.
