He went above and beyond his duties to make sure that all the problems were fixed professionally and swiftly. He was also very respectful of my home. These guys are not only expert plumbers, they are genuinely great people. They gave us a very fair price to fix an underground leak that would normally be a pretty quick fix. But after unforeseen complications with our 90 year old house, and stubborn tree roots, the job went much longer than expected, but they refused to leave us without water, (during the pandemic) even though it was late. They got the job done right, so we could turn our water back on. I even gave them a little extra money because they went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed correctly, and never once complained about the problems. Anytime I need plumbing work, I'm calling them from now on. These are honest good guys

Even during the Covid crisis, Rockstar Plumbing came through for us. They contacted us promptly and took all the precautions (shoe covers, masks, gloves, etc) to make sure they were not spreading any germs.

We had a major clog in our sewer and Dejon explained all of the options clearly. He worked above and beyond to try all the inexpensive options first before jumping into the pricier ones. He was able to clear the blockage and at a fair price.

If there's a silver lining in this crisis, it's that we found a solid and trustworthy plumbing company to call when we are in need. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Dejon!

My grandfather's water got shutoff because of a leaking water conditioner. I needed help fast, and as soon as I called Rockstar, they were able to send out a plumber that same day.

When Joe Flores arrived he already had his mask on, he was prompt and courteous and listened to all of my grandfather's questions and concerns. I appreciate how patient and considerate he was throughout the process. He was able to stop the leak and remove the the water conditioner and also installed a new water shutoff valve for my grandfather's house so that he no longer has to go all the way to the street to turn off the water if there is a leak.

Since we in the process of renovating my grandfather's house I will definitely be calling upon Rockstar plumbing for more projects down the line. Thank you for your help and for being professional, especially during this difficult time.

They came for 2 estimates and never followed up and sent me the revised estimate. Arnold came twice. Nice guy, but...We needed a few changes and asked him to return to adjust our plans. He said 2 hours he'd get the estimate to me. It never came. I already had someone else who was more ambitious to take on a huge job. We were repiping our entire home and going from the hot water heater in the house to a tankless water heater outside.

He offered solutions and pricing as well as knowledgeable information. He also wore protective face masks during current Covid 19 safety precautions.
