I'd been putting off dealing with a slow-moving bathroom drain for years (really - years). I found Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call because their ratings were so great. The person I talked to on the phone was courteous and helpful. And the tech (Hugo) was personable, respectful, clean, and most importantly he fixed the problem very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Rockstar Plumbing gets all these great ratings for a reason: they're pretty darn great.

Unfortunately I'm not able to review this company based off of their service. They were not flexible with my form of scheduling. Due to my work, I can't call during their work hours, but the person who messaged me over yelp, assured me I would be able to text to get it set up. Unfortunately whoever manages the Text in the office didn't feel the same way. They would only make the appointment over a call, and actually just stopped responding. Maybe other people have better luck, it would've been nice to give them a review based off of their actual service, but I did not get a chance.

Rockstar Plumbing and Chris helped me with fixing a faucet and adjusting my shower valve. They were professional, responsive and did the repairs quickly. I am very happy with their work and will use them again when the need arises. They were also flexible with me on coordinating when they could come out to do the work.

Called them for a shower drain clearing - quoted me $225 just to ATTEMPT to clear the drain (for reference, a previous plumber I had come out to another property for a similar clearing charged me $120 - and no charge if they couldn't clear it). They then told me to buy some Drano and try that. They offered no other solutions other than cutting through the wall to access the pipes, which is ridiculous since I have had several plumbers deal with this shower before and were able to clear it out without having to do this. Clearly an attempt to get the most money possible for a potential job. I will not be calling this company in the future.

Incredible, professional service from Hugo and everyone else we dealth with at Rockstar Plumbing. Have had them out twice, got straight answers, paid a fair price and fast, professional, courteous service. It means something to have professionals come to your home in uniform, with the correct tools, and a professional attitude. From the description and the names, I think the 1-star review here must have a case of mistaken identity. These guys are the best. Don't hesitate to call them.

I am beyond happy with the excellent service I received with Rockstar Plumbing today!

From the start, Rockstar was fast to schedule me and was very communicative regarding my appointment. Shaun(Shawn? Sean?) came over to repair a clogged sink in my bathroom. He arrived on time, and he took off his shoes to come inside to inspect the issue which really showed how respectful he is. He was fast to repair the clog, and let me know that my pipes weren't looking so happy (I still have galvanized steel). I knew my pipes would eventually need replacing and it was good to know that the sink clog was the canary in the coal mine for the situation. He also pointed out some oddities he noticed with my plumbing, he didn't have to do that but I appreciate the attention to detail and the honesty.

To top it all off, the repair price was extremely reasonable, and I feel confident contacting Shaun back to get a quote for the repipe.

We had a dripping shower leak. It wasn't a crisis, but the drip-drip-drip sound at night drove us a little crazy. Christian and another guy from Rockstar came out and fixed it. They prepared me for the worst -- that some really old pipes and knobs would likely have to be replaced -- and that this could run more than one might think. Indeed it did, but it's all fixed now and we're happy. Christian said the new pipes should work for maybe 20 years, which is likely all the time we have left on the planet, so that worked out just fine. Thank you, Rockstar Plumbing!

We had a clog in one of the pipes that affected our toilet & shower in one of our bathrooms. It was not an emergency - so, we had time to research a good plumber. Rockstar plumbing was very responsive & we had an appt. on the following Saturday (a day they usually don't work) to consult. They returned on Monday to remove our toilet & unclog the pipe. Excellent job! And, no mess at all! We had them come again to install a reverse osmosis water filter under our kitchen sink. Again, excellent job & no mess. They called to confirm all 3 of our appts., were very professional, friendly & their pricing is right in line with the job to be done. Will not hesitate to use them again for further plumbing issues!
