LIAR,a ROB and a TIMEWASTER! How can you live with yourself going around charging service calls through First American Home Warranty and not do any work at all?? I cannot recommend this company at all! They will lie in your face, make up excuses over the phone, give promise to come back and never return. They will make up a bogus report about the job so they won't have to do it through the Home Warranty Company. The only sincere statment Neil said through his visit was that the Home Warranty didn't pay him enough for the repair at my home and that if I had contacted him directly it would be a different story. I can only imagine how many people they have screwed over with bogus and unnecessary repairs! Read other reviews and you will see that this is not an isolated ocurrence. First American Home Warranty and Rocketman Plumbing are definitely a scam! Take your business elsewhere!

I am at loss for words to describe the experience we had a few months ago. Rocketman was sent by our home warranty and I regret ever making that call. The guy was rude and unprofessional. Our home warranty (First American) contacted me to renew for next year. When I asked if they were still using Rocketman Plumbing and they said yes, I quickly canceled. I'd rather pay another company more money than to ever have to go through that experience again.

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Down to helping us with the right pricing and getting us through this. Neil, you have no idea what we've been going through and your kindness just blew us away. I just had my water heater installed this morning by Skyler and Dylan. They were so professional, great communication with me, and helped me understand each step they were doing. Went above and beyond to help me. Took the time to show me things about my new water heater, gave me tips how to maintenance, and even showed me my old water heater issue. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you guys so much! I've never been so happy with a home installation before and so impressed! Hopefully we won't need you any time soon but if we do I know who I will be calling first! Now excuse me while I go take a nice HOT bath!! Thank again!!!

My home warranty sent out Rocketman Plumbing to fix water heater.
It needed to be replaced and Skylar and Dylan got it installed the next day. They did an excellent job and informed me on certain just in case procedures they felt I needed to know. I thank Rocketman plumbing for sending out Skylar and Dylan . It is a great company and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had an appointment scheduled with this company on Wednesday between 3-5. I am a school teacher and had to leave school early to be home for them. They never showed up. I texted the company during to two hours and no response. I called at around 5:30 and left a message and still no response. They had mentioned that their website was down, but I'm sure that does not involve phone lines and costumer service. So disappointing and disrespectful. I have been a community member if Temecula valley for the past 25+ years and being a teacher I interact with many other community members. I will not be recommending this company to anyone due to the fact of their poor costumer service.

Rocketman plumbing came to my shop tire choice in hemet and had tires installed on his work truck very nice gentleman took care of him replaced all 6 tires had him out of here in less than hour and a half thanks for the business

Our home warranty company, First American, sent Skylar (Rocketman Jr.) and Dylan from Rocketman Plumbing to replace our water heater that sprung a leak. The water heater was very old, connections were corroded, it was lonnnnng overdue for a replacement. Skylar even remarked, ""This water heater is older than I am!"" Skylar and Dylan were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, replaced every thing that needed replaced and it looks and works beautifully! They cleaned everything up too. My husband teased me for saying they were ""Such nice boys"" Gosh I'm getting old. But don't let their age fool you! Skylar knows his plumbing!
We are happy to have found a great plumber in our area and will definitely request them next time. I'm telling all of my friends too! Thanks Skylar and Dylan.

We called our home warranty company and they sent Neil with Rocketman Plumbing! He was awesome! He fixed the cause of the problem and explained what else needed done and was fast and professional! I will continue using Rocketman Plumbing for sure!

I recently used Rocketman on a simple water heater problem. They had to come back more than once to replace some different parts, and I didn't get one complaint from them, despite my living quite remote.

This is a family operation, and Rocketman Jr was great!

We were assigned Rocketman through our home warranty. They were very quick to respond and send a plumber out to inspect our water heater. The plumber told us the water heater would most likely need to be replaced due to recalls and we would be out of pocket in the range of $300-800 for install not covered by the warranty. I asked the warranty company if there was supposed to be any out of pocket costs and she said no! He also told the warranty company that the part (thermocoupler) had been damaged for two months and that it was a pre-existing condition. The insurance closed the claim due to the plumber's statement. We have owned the house for less than 3 weeks and have a home inspection stating the water heater was fine. I explained this to the insurance company, and they reopened the claim after I provided the inspection to them. I asked for a second opinion plumber, because of my experience with Rocketman as well as the Yelp reviews, but it was denied. He also wanted us to get a new water heater, then buy it from us, and then give us a $600 credit towards him installing a tankless water heater. The cost for the tankless was $4500. Rocketman is a terrible contractor and only cares about the money. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Rocketman, don't even bother replying to this review because I'm not wasting any more time with your company.
