The Rocketman Plumbing company is terrible I literally called them out to charge me $75 to tell what they could fix. I had a leaking pipe under my house and a clogged toilet he looked under the house and said it was to wet to go under the house obviously it's a leak it's your job worst service ever!!!

I think Kevin D is right on the mark. I have a home warranty with First American. (Will review separately.) The fellow rolls in with his girlfriend in the passenger seat, and my wife whispers to me that he seems weird.

The plumber promises me he'll be back with the right part, but I'm later informed by First American per the plumber's report that the broken faucet is not normal wear-and-tear and therefore not covered by the home warranty. (Obviously the plumber knew he was not coming back so he lied to me.) How would the plumber know that somebody purposely turned the faucet the wrong way so hard that it broke, and that it's not simply a mistake and equipment failure? I have never heard of anyone breaking a faucet by turning it the wrong way, and I am very strong and accident-prone!

This plumbing company came to my home and looked at my water heater. After looking at my water heater he calls the home warranty company and tells them that I have galvanized pipes which is causing hydrolysis and that is the source of the problem. He then tells me the claim is denied and will cost me 400 dollars to fix the issue. My water heater was put in in 2004 not the 1960s although there was a heavy amount of corrosion. I decided to call my own plumber to take a look not only did he show me that my pipes were aluminum he was only going to charge me 200 dollars. I called my home warranty and they dispatched their own second opinion plumber to also told me that everything Rocketman Plumbing said was a lie. Everything was covered by the home warranty and I didn't have to pay anything. So save yourself some time and just tell the home warranty you want another plumber Sent to your house.



Update
I was wrong the pipes were copper the fitting was aluminum. There is also no way he called the warranty because it was covered with no out of pocket cost after they sent a second opinion plumber out. I attached the photos you can see for yourself. I don't have a reason to lie on a yelp review.

BEWARE...THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY GETS A KICK OUT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND NOT SHOWING UP !!! I was given a Friday time slot from 10 - 2..on a Friday. No one showed up...I text them no response. So I called and explained I had a 10 to 2 time slot and no one showed up. ..the person I spoke too said ""i have 200 customers which one are you ?

THEY ACTUALLY THINK ITS FUNNY AND LAUGH LIKE IT IS FUNNY SOMEHOW.that you set aside 4 hour and then dont even call.

There is definitly something else going on with them besides plumbing..


It makes no sense.
They make an appointment don't show up and are rude...when you call...and then hang up.

I can only venture a guess as to their plumbing skills...perhaps I should make a complaint to the licensing board...

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL....RUDE....AND A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME.

I would recommend rocketman plumbers to my family and friends. He actually trouble shot my issue over the phone and because I'm handy and the part is so cheap he did not charge me 1 cent! In this day and age when businesses are just out for your money, I appreciate a company that's not just about making a dollar but about taking care of their customers.

Terrible customer service! I have been trying to get my leaking toilets looked at for 3 weeks. I was referred by home warranty to use this company. I called and made an appointment for last week between 10 and 2. I don't get a call until 3 pm. Oh sorry we are running late can we come now? Umm thanks for the communication but my son has baseball practice that's why we scheduled between 10 and 2. I said fine no problem things happen spoke with owner and he said they were busy. I rescheduled for today and they stated last week they would be here today right at 10 am due to them not calling last week. Sure enough I don't get a call until 1:10 pm today, sorry we are running late and are coming now. Well we have to pick up my son from school and they can't come at all today. TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!! You have my information and know where I'm at. Just sent you another email

Absolutely the rudest customer service from the dispatch/receptionist. Not only did I receive this treatment over the phone but so did my wife. Never did they call us to communicate when they would be arriving my as this was a referral through home warranty. I had to call them, then the window they assigned me they never showed and I had to call AGAIN. This time they say nobody could make it until the next day as I am not a priority, mind you this is two days after they were assigned to us. If you need plumbing service call We Care Plumbing instead, they made it out to my house in less than 2 hours.

Rocket man plumbing is hands down he best plumber in the inland empire. He was able to fix my water heater and diagnose in less than an hour. His customer service and manners were impeccable and made me feel comfortable with what he was doing and that he will do the job 100%.
