Since 1990, we have proudly served the plumbing needs of Orange County, the Inland Empire, and San Diego counties. Our services include repiping, garbage disposal installation, leak detection, slab leak repairs, sewer rooter services, and insurance recommendations.
I have been in the plumbing industry since my early teens, learning the trade from my father, who was also a plumber. I bring 30 years of experience, having worked for Roto-Rooter, Mike Diamond, and Mr. Rooter. Over the years, I have cultivated excellent customer service skills and a solid work ethic.

This company is runny a scam with my home warranty company (First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation) they come to your house for a repair and they look at the item in question and say oops we don't work on that brand, we will need to upgrade to one of ours and it will be another charge of $125 I believe is what he said. I told the guy to leave and I called my warranty and canceled my account. Now the owner to this company is demanding me to pay the $75. I am just saying to anyone that needs work done be careful and look at all your options before using this company.

Rocketman were my assigned plumber for my home warranty call for a faulty Navien water heater. Neil determined that the previous owner neglected the heater scheduled maintenance and caused it to end-of-life prematurely, and it was out of warranty. He was very knowledgeable on the product line and worked with the warranty company to get it replaced. He updated all the old plumbing to current code and now we have a brand new, warrantied water heater. I would certainly call Rocketman for any further plumbing issues I have.

Repairman was rude. He got lost went to Menifee and griped about having to drive 30 minutes back to Murrieta even though we gave them the correct address. The chain keeps coming apart everytime we flush the toilet. Very shoddy work and this was an insurance repair so thinking that's why.

Neil was great, came on his day off to fix our clogged pipes. Was fast and very courteous, found the clog fast. Gave me some suggestions to help with the tank. He also fixed a leaky outside faucet.
Wonderful family.

Had a burst pipe in my upstairs bathroom, flooded my kitchen downstairs. Neal, was professional, extremely helpful and walk me through the process of what to do next. Neal was like a Heaven sent!

Neil was awesome at getting to me quickly when needed. He was very knowledgeable on plumbing and insurance. He was respectable, friendly and professional. I would recommend Neil and his team to my family and friends for any plumbing needs.

Would NOT recommend this company at all!!! If your home warranty company sends them out to do a job...request a different plumber. I reported two bathroom faucet leaks to my home warranty company (Fidelity National) and within hours I received a call from Rocketman Plumbing that a plumber was on the way. Wow!! Impressive, that was quick. NOT! Plumber arrived, told me the first faucet wasn't actually leaking...dried it off with a rag, waited to see if any water would drop, and low and behold nothing. Told me I wasn't turning the faucet off all the way. Then we went to the upstairs bathroom and he did replace a small rubber piece. He was at my house 10 minutes tops. Within days both faucets started leaking again. I called Fidelity back and they submitted another request to Rocketman to come back to my home and fix the sinks. Fidelity could not get Rocketman to respond, so they told me to call them directly. In summary here's how it went:
Feb 23, 2021 - Initial visit from plumber.
Feb 26, 2021 - Requested follow-up through Fidelity due to faucets still leaking.
Mar 11, 2021 - Fidelity tells me to call Rocketman directly because Rocketman will not respond to Fidelity's email or calls.
Mar 11, 2021 - I spoke with female ""receptionist"" from Rocketman. She asked me who the technician was (I'm wondering why this doesn't show on her records), and that they would send the owner out because this should have been fixed the first time and that the first technician was new. I'm actually excited and thinking this is gonna be great. But she informs me that they are sooooo busy, so it would be at least two weeks.
Mar 30, 2021 - appointment day. No call...no plumber, so I call Rocketman to ask what time the plumber would be arriving. I'm met with short, curt, answers as if I'm bothering them. I actually don't think I was even scheduled.
Mar 30, 2021 - Neil arrives and the first thing he says sarcastically as soon as I open my door is ""tell me again why you need a master plumber?""
Neil seems totally irritated, complains to me that he has to order Delta parts for my faucets, and how much he dislikes home warranty company jobs because he doesn't get paid for return trips. He was at my house for less then 5 minutes! He ended the visit with you will get a call in a week once the parts arrive.
Apr 7, 2021 - I called around 9am to inquire about the parts. I'm asked did I call the office number (which I did), and I'm told that the calls must be still forwarded to their personal phone, but for me to text a message to that same number so it would remind them to check on my parts later in the day and that I would receive a call in the afternoon.
Apr 8-15, 2021 - Still no response from Rocketman.
Apr 15, 2021 - I submit a credit card dispute with my bank for the $75 charge I paid to Fidelity for the Rocketman initial service call fee (this had to be paid when submitting the claim for service)
Apr 21, 2021 - Finally received a call from Rocketman asking what work they did for me during their two separate visits to my home and if I know what parts were ordered. (I'm assuming they were notified that Fidelity reversed payment to them). Person I spoke with seemed oblivious to my case and just hung up the phone.
Apr 22, 2021 - Received notification from my bank that Fidelity also submitted a credit for reimbursement of my $75.
I know this was long, but I couldn't figure out any other way to tell my story. All you have to do is look at the condescending responses from the owner on his other negative Yelp reviews, and they all seem to be stemming from home warranty work. This is the worst customer service that I have received from a contractor in my home. I believe most business owners want to offer great service. It's how they make their money. Not Rocketman.
Run away from Rocketman plumbing!!!

Called our warranty company for a leaking faucet in the back yard they just tightened a nut they didn't replace what we wanted. We're there less than one minute and charged us full price for doing nothing and they refused to take off the charge I could see charging maybe 25 dollars for they time they took the full amount.

Came out same day and fix the problem with ease. Great customer service positive attitude and good prices.

This is the most awful place in the world I had a plumber come in who was drunk and wearing crocs and had no mask on to fix a valve Which only made my situation worse and now I have to pay over thousands of dollars in restoration fees do not deal with this company and then if they are with your American warranty they will lie and double duplicate bills in order to make you pay do not deal with these people they are terrible and their communication is awful if I could give them no stars I would
