We needed service ASAP because our shower valve was stripped and we couldn't turn off the water around 9:30pm. I called Rocket Rooter hoping someone will answer after business hours and Alex did! He was at our house in 15 minutes. He had to go to Home Depot to get the part before they closed at 10::00pm which he was able to accomplish. Our shower value was fixed thanks to him. I was having issues in a restroom with water backing up into the bathtub whenever the toilet was flushed. Also, the toilet would get clogged up very easily. As the problem got worse, I finally decided to give Rocket Rooter a call. I called on a Sunday night and Alex was willing to come in but luckily it was not an emergency because I still had another restroom that was working fine. He scheduled to come to my house early next morning at 7am. Alex arrived right on time.
He was very respectful and professional, especially with covid going around. He identified the problem and fixed it. This was back in November 2nd, 2020, and till this day, I have no issues.
He also advised me of some corrections that can/should be made to the restrooms for proper vents and cleanouts that it currently lacks. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Im glad I found someone I can count on for future needs.
