Alex and his team have been nothing but amazing throughout the whole process. We had called to have our sewage inspected as the water from our toilet was not draining. Alex and his team came on time, every time, and did a thorough inspection. He was able to explain the issues in an easy to understand way as well as showed us visually what the issue is to ensure we were always part of the process before doing any work. He provided very fair pricing for the work and communicated with us along the way. I would highly recommend Alex and team if you have any issues with your plumbing.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Alex and his team are the best plumbing team I have ever come across and I went thru many...
Around every 4 months, I've been getting issues with the main pipe getting clogged. Our landlord would keep on bringing different plumbers to try to fix the issue but to no success. Tired of the situation, I decided to call Rocket Rooter and after Alex came with his equipment, was able to tell me the issue right away and concerns he had with the house's plumbing work. Because of this, he promised us complimentary cleaning until we left the place.

Their service is worth every penny! Tip them well please :)))

Alex and his team responded to my request on New Years and was available the next day. He was extremely responsive through the process, and explained every step of the way. We had to replace an old back flow valve and some poor clean out work, and he was able to take care of all the issues promptly. He and his team took their time showing me the issues and the steps they were taking to fix those issues. Would highly recommend for anyone in search of a reliable, responsive, and well priced plumber!

The absolute best. Called at night for emergency sewer line clog, but it cleared enough on its own for us to wait until the morning. Called Alex back, and he had no problem scheduling us first thing the next day.

Arrived and were personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Gave me a couple quotes and options after checking the camera and realizing snake wasn't going to be enough. Worked with me on everything, and we found a great solution within my budget.

I feel so lucky to have stopped at the yelp page to look for a plumber and found Alex and his team.

He was very responsive, communicative and friendly right off the bat. He also provided honest feedback about solutions so that he can work with your budget to get your problem fixed.

the overflow in my garage became a bigger problem then I would like but Alex went above and beyond to get the problem handled so that we could feel comfortable about the future of the sewer line connected to our house.

Within 2 days, Alex and his team put in 2 clean outs, replaced almost 15 feet of sewer and repatched, re-cemented everything back to original.

He has become my plumber and I will be sure to refer him to friends and family also so that they can get real help at prices that are less than what other plumbers are charging.

We have an older 50+ years home with old galvanized water service main piping. The main shutoff gate valve stopped working years ago and has been a risky and nagging problem. The only means to shut off our water was to operate the city's curb shutoff valve. That isn't something I can easily do by myself --- especially in the middle of the night during a flooding emergency. I have been putting off getting the problem fixed for various reasons. One of the biggest reasons was the risk of a botched plumbing job, where I could potentially be without water for days. I finally decided to get this problem taken care of and went searching for a reliable professional. I stumbled upon Alex's listing here on Yelp and decided take a chance as he's local here in the San Gabriel Valley. I reached out to him in the middle of a busy workweek to check his availability for a Saturday afternoon. He was able to accommodate my schedule and was excellent in following up with me to confirm. Before starting any work, Alex made sure to thoroughly assess the plumbing situation and to talk me through what his plans were for the job. With that, he was able to accurately quote me for labor and set expectations for parts. He was able to answer all my questions and put any worries I had at ease. Alex is a honest and skilled professional that takes pride in his craft. He does not cut corners, and he has the ""get it done right the first time"" ethic. Alex is exactly the type of professional I was looking for, and I feel lucky to have stumbled upon his listing. With aged 50+ year old pipes, there were some snags here and there as you can imagine. However, Alex knew exactly what he had to do in every situation with his experience. I never felt worried during the entire process. It was a pleasure chatting with him throughout the tricky job. Now I have a brand new ball main shutoff valve (plus a new hose bib) that I can easily operate by myself should the need ever arise for basic house plumbing maintenance or an emergency.
