We had a leaking faucet bibb that needed to be replaced. Alex came out same day, charged a very reasonable fee, and did a great job. He arrived on time, was super nice, explained everything he did, and completed the job quickly. What more could you ask for?! We will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Alex, we hired him initially to replace a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. When he finished it I asked if he would turn on my water heater and he did in the basement. I was leaving the house later that evening and I had to put some boxes in the basement and come to find the pressure relief valve was leaking continuously flooding the basement. It was 4:00 p.m. and I called Alex to let him know it was an emergency and asked what should I do. He walked me through how to slow the water down but it wouldn't shut off. He was in Ontario and I was in Crestline so he said he would go get his truck and purchase the water heater and he would come up to Crestline a.s.a.p. It was dark, windy and freezing outside when he arrived. I asked if I could help him but he was a gentleman and said to wait in the house so I could stay warm. He got the job done and vacuumed out all the water in the basement. He was totally professional he practiced social distancing and I Venmo'd him the payment.

We had a pin-sized hole in an outside pipe that had water spraying everywhere. I called in the morning and they came later in the evening, even after doing a much more difficult job on the other side of town! I appreciate their communication and honoring the commitment. My wife and I just bought a new home and planned to remodel. Our Agent introduced us to Alex and there was never a moment where we could've asked for more.

As anyone who has purchased a home knows, there's a lot going on as you move in. Alex and his team ended up doing an entire repipe of our new Cliff May home and they absolutely crushed it.

The team was extremely collaborative in the planning process of how we'd approach the job as these homes have quite a few challenges that can make planning very difficult. They worked fast, safe, and always very communicative with where they were at in the job and any questions/issues that came up. They even collaborated with our General Contractor who is working on the kitchen simultaneously. They discussed where things will be located and ensured we were all aligned from the beginning to avoid any later issues. The GC said we were lucky to find this good of a team on our first try!

That said, if you're looking for a team that works with you, makes you comfortable, and does top-notch work, don't look any further. Alex doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, always has ideas on how to get things done, guarantees his work, and he passed permit inspection with the city no problem. I knew it was time to replace my aging water heater when my pilot light keep going out. So I called Rocket Rooter and Alex arrived within a few hours and relite the pilot at no charge and told me to call him back if I had any more issues. I decided to replace my water heater the next day and was so impressed with his work I also had Alex replace my water filtration system the following week. Alex was very polite and honest and we were very happy with his work. I would definitely call Rocket Rooter and Plumbing again.
