I had a faucet replaced in my kitchen sink and called Rocket Plumbing. I didn't want to risk buying another bad sink from Home Depot, so I asked them to bring one that would fit my sink. Ben showed up right on time with 2 sink options, and he was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and did a great job. I am very impressed with this company and will be using them whenever I need a plumber.

Installed a new garbage disposal (we didn't have one previously), installed new shower hardware in two bathrooms (previous owners loved brass...I do not!), and showed me how to do it if I needed to replace a tub handle (I had ordered it but it didn't come in in time for their visit). They were a pleasure to work with and very honest. Also extremely clean! The cost was inline with what I had expected it to cost so while they may not be the cheapest option they are the best option for getting it done correctly and promptly (the best money spent is a job done right the first time).

Amazing service! I was worried about a leak, so I found these guys on Yelp. They came an hour after I called. And while there was no leak, they still gave great tips and advice of how to avoid further issues. And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the trip out like other companies have in the past. So thankful! Will definitely tell my Chicago friends about this company!

Fantastic! Came on time, very nice. I called them in b/c my house inspector reported that the toilet base was loose. However, Ben took a careful look and saw that nothing was really loose or out of order. I appreciate the honesty!!

After 2 VERY disappointing experiences with 2 other plumbers, I found this company on Yelp and yeah, they were altogether terrific. From friendly and genuine people in their office to Anthony, the plumber they sent to me, this was a top notch experience. Anthony was polite, friendly, extremely efficient and he even changed 2 hard to reach halogen bulbs that have tricky fixtures in my kitchen, as a favor. I tried to tip him for that but he refused to take it, so I hope this Yelp review will help because they all deserve it..and my new faucet works like a charm! SO many unprofessional plumbers around, and they are not one of those companies. I wish them continued success & say...THANK YOU!

This is my first time writing an interview on Yelp ever! I even had to create this account just to write, but I was so pleased and happy with the Job, I couldn't ignore how well the service was. It was literally the Job from HELL! My 11 year water heater died and instantly made an appointment with Rocket Plumbing. Anthony came the same day and diagnosed that I needed a new Heater. We scheduled and appointment and the day come where we had to change it out. The previous owners of my condo were idiots due to the horrendous placement of the old heater. What was suppose to be a 2 hour job ended up being 6 hours, but Anthony pulled through. One of the best service men I have met, he will always work with you to make the smoothest job possible. I highly recommend anyone to have any plumbing needs, be done by this company. Thanks again Rocket Plumbing!

Awesome plumbing service!

We have used Rocket Plumbing twice and both experiences have been excellent. Marlon was our first plumber who helped us with fixing a wobbly toilet. He was able to fix the problem that was created by the developer of our condo. He explained exactly what the issue was. Our second experience was just this weekend. Our disposal was ""broken"" and we called Friday night to schedule an appointment. We were able to get a time slot of Saturday. Ben showed up early and was able to inspect the problem. As it turns out, the disposal was just jammed and he was able to fix it no problem. We appreciate his honesty--we would have easily bought a new disposal and had it replaced otherwise. Thank you!

These guys were great! I had a small leak that finally began to show through my ceiling. They showed up on time, called before beginning any work, and called again to confirm before cutting a hole in my ceiling. They also discussed price prior to starting. They had to return the next day to complete the job, and again, showed up on time. When I showed them my $50 off coupon, they went ahead and gave me $100 off. Got the job done and offered excellent customer service.
