So pleased with the level of service provided for sewer rodding. They showed up right when they said they would. Prior to hiring them, they talked me through the difference between hydro-jetting and traditional sewer line rodding beyond the price. We are just maintaining the line (no issues we were are of) so the traditional sewer rodding service is what they recommended. Their fee for service was reasonable based on the comparisons I did. Nick was professional, described the status of the sewer line (a little tree root clog that was easily taken care of with the rodding.) Will call these guys back for other plumbing issues.

I had an emergency gas leak situation involving several of the pipes in my home. I needed to have everything serviced right away and was able to get a response from Rocket Plumbing the same day. They arrived shortly after I called and quickly got to work on what ended up being a two day project. The associate who fixed the pipes was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to fix the issue. I felt so much better knowing all the steps being taken rather than getting a bill with little to no explanation. I would highly recommend if you need same day service!

Lined them up to replace filters in our reverse osmosis system. My mistake was not asking for a quote first before allowing them to continue. He charged $100 more than another company and I even supplied filters. Will not be calling them in future. Again, I gave 2 Stars because I think the job got done. Hopefully, there will not be a problem with water filtration system.

ROCKET PLUMBING is the BEST! SAM and Ben did an absolutely splendid job completing a new hot water heater installation. The job was done very expeditiously in a short time frame working in an extremely small utility closet. SAM and Ben were very meticulous sweating-in the copper pipes as well as a very thorough cleanup.
I would wholeheartedly recommend ROCKET PLUMBING for any plumbing projects!

Rocket responded to my request promptly and arrived (early) the next day to fix the problem. Repairs, costs, and risks were explained in detail. Work was completed same day and pricing was fair. We will definitely call them again if we have a problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Rocket Plumbing. I have had them come out to my house on a number of occasions and they are always fast and courteous. When I called them recently I got their voicemail but did not leave a message since I was not sure where I would be when they called back. Within two minutes I got a call from them saying they were sorry to have missed my call.

They always call the day before to confirm the appointment and the plumber always call to say he is on his way. They have always arrived within the first hour of the two hour window they give me.

They are also honest and do not suggest repairs or work that are not necessary. On their latest call, they determined the problem was just sediment buildup in the pipe; they tapped on the pipe with a wrench and got it flowing. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Since I am clueless on plumbing they could have told me I needed a whole new faucet or pipe and I would have not known the difference.

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing repair.

Very fast and on time service with a good explanation of what the problem was. Only issue was the price, $300 to fix a wax seal on a toilet is a liiiiiiittle much. Would use again.

I've used this business twice now--once in an emergency when my washer decided to spew GALLONS of water into my kitchen & once to have them assess a possible leak in my bathroom wall.

These guys are great. They're very kind when you call and take time to answer questions and gather as much info as they can. The response time is crazy fast.

The plumbers themselves are such professional, kind people. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was. They even looked at a much smaller issue I showed them (it prolly wasn't even worth their time) & told me how to fix it--down to the store I should go to--just because they knew I'd save money fixing it myself.



10/10 would recommend.

Have had to call Rocket Plumbing three times in the past year and each and every time they have delivered excellent service. Not only have they been friendly and prompt (both the dispatcher and the plumbers), but the plumbers (previously Anthony and most recently Nick) have also been extremely educational. Each time I have learned something new, and they are very patient with me to make sure I understand so I know exactly what is causing the problem and how to avoid and/or fix in the future. It's just great to know exactly who to call in times of need like this! Thank you, Rocket Plumbing!
