I am going to give you two reasons to call these guys:

1) Terrific experience and specialized tools.

Sure you can ask your friend the car-nut to tune your truck, but you shouldn't. You want tons of experience and technical know-how for your particular need. I'm sure general plumbers can unclog a drain. But these guys know everything there is to know about drains, and you will be happier relying on them to solve your drain issues.

2) Terrific personality and attitude.

Don't kid yourself . . . you know how much this matters. These guys are positive and helpful, and genuinely enjoy working with nice people. Their spirit of service is very special.

The gentleman who answered (clearly the owner by the way he took command and knew exactly how to take responsibility) told me that the work I needed was not his specialty and he immediately refereed me to another plumbing co.

Rock Solid Drains is PHENOMENAL!!!! Casey is an Angel! Friday night around 9pm we notice our kitchen sink was backing up into our tub. I called the number at around 9:00ish wishfully thinking someone could come out during th weekend. The operator answered got our information and said someone will be contacting us. I figured we'll get a response back Monday. Instead I get a text 20 minutes later from Casey. He said he would come out tomorrow morning and he would give us an ETA around 9am. Saturday at 9am came around he texted us letting know he will be arriving in 30 minutes. It was the best news ever!!! We were so grateful for him! He snaked the line and water is flowing once again. Thank you Casey!

Our laundry line backed up in the garage, and I called them at 3PM in the afternoon. Casey said he might be able to send over one of his guys same day (which was super helpful because not being able to do laundry when you have two boys is kind of a dire situation). Great communication from Casey the owner, and his employee Clavey who would be coming to our house. I txt'd my address and heard back from both of them confirming availability and time of arrival. Clavey couldn't have been nicer, and explained everything he was doing. They also offer a 30 day guarantee on most of their services. Prompt, friendly, and professional, we'll definitely be keeping their number handy for the future!

My dilemma started when my washer overflowed and flooded my man cave. Immediately I called a nationally recognized plumbing service and they quoted me nine times what ROCK SOLID DRAINS charged me and the solution that the nationally recognized company proposed would not of fixed the problem. I reached out to the ROCK SOLID DRAINS in the middle of a busy Sunday afternoon I immediately got a response from the owner. This gentleman dropped what he was doing came to my home and got to work! The problem was meticulously troubleshooted and fixed. Even after the problem was fixed ROCK SOLID DRAINS stuck around to test the problem and ensure that there would be no more flooding. It is rare that you get this type of customer service with home repair. They were fast efficient and reasonably priced I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their home.

Rock Solid? Not my drains. He came through in under an hour on his busy schedule to clear my overflowing laundry drain pipe.
After my friend was charged over $300 just to snake a clogged pipe with another company I was expecting the worst.
Ready to hand over my chunk of hundreds RSD hit with modest bill for an hours work.
So my friend got crapped on. Passed along a business card to him to use RSD next time.
