Quick and great service - We had a small leak in the hose of our kitchen sink. I texted the number on the company's voicemail and got a quick response. I had Colton come out who was quick, face mask on, no embarrassing comments about our mess of a toilet (ha!) and was straight and to the point, but also friendly. Colton was a rockstar!

Please please please, if you're a homeowner and have a little more than a clog, call these guys up! They usually come SAME DAY and are the cheapest!!

I knew the guy that came to clear our drains was not the owner...he had an ""only care so much"" attitude. He did fix our issues but there were two areas that need to be improved. First, there was ""black water"" that spilled out onto the garage floor that he said he didn't have anything to clean it with--I said I would take care of the mess. But isn't that something that should be anticipated when u open a drain pipe? Secondly, as a mature adult, I felt my comments were dismissed. Just common courtesy says u can ""fake listening""like the owner knows what has been occurring. Maybe it a ""COVID"" thing, but I expected more...
