Our home is older and had a cracked drain under the house. casey was great , fair priced ans on top of taking care of things. Casey came out and assessed the problem. it required having a seperate team come in and prep. The team he recommended was romp and professional. West Coast Water and Fire, came out and got it ready. Casey had his guy out immediately after. The worker ""Robert""? got things fixed and was informative during the process. There was a small discrepancy, in the process, but Casey was professional and rectifies. Needless to say , he has another satisfied customer. I highly recommend him and his team.

Rock Solid Drains was the only vender I could get out same day for a commercial building. They were out within 2 hours and did a great job locating and cleaning up a grease clog. Their tech was nice, efficient and friendly. Their pricing was great as well. I will use them again and was very happy with their service. It is also a great deal for them to camera out the line - much more reasonably priced than I have encountered from other companies in the past.

One of the best experiences I've had! Clavey came out for an upstairs toilet that had been clogging more often. He went straight to the problem, gave me an honest assessment and options based on his diagnostics. In his verbal overview, he answered all my questions without me even having to ask them. This was a second opinion on the toilet issue because the previous opinion didn't really seem on the up-and-up. We were told by another company that we needed a new main line under the house, the other company also said we needed trenchless sewer repair under the front walkway, and the other company was ""100% sure"" that the sewer line was the problem with the upstairs toilet flushing even though they never even looked at the toilet upstairs. So glad I trusted my gut and that my neighbor had experience with Rock Solid and let me know - Clavey was the epitome of down-to-earth honesty and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about my experience and will only use them from now on.

this company was great! they were fast, friendly and most of all honest. my washing machine was backing up the drain and flooding. I had estimates from 3 other companies ranging from $1000-2500 for the repair. rock solid drains showed up and within 25 minutes, the problem was solved. for less than $200!! I highly recommend them!

My family owns a single-bathroom home we rent out and the toilet had a blockage that I thought was taken care of by another plumber less than two weeks prior, but created another problem. Unfortunately, this happened on a Saturday evening, the day before Easter Sunday, and finding someone to come out became as big of an issue as the toilet itself.

All via text, I spoke with Coltan and he was able to come out the next day and tackle the problem. He kept me up-to-date with text messages and was very friendly and professional throughout. Unfortunately, it looks like additional repairs will be necessary, but I'll be quite happy to call them again for this, as well. Couldn't be easier to recommend.
