Casey showed up on time, assessed my drainage issue, snaked the line all the way to the street, tested blockage, saw that now drained pretty good, but told me he would like to make a second pass at the blockage. He did so and now everything drains perfectly. I really like the fact that he wasn't just satisfied with ""pretty good"". Also didn't charge extra for 2nd pass.

This is an overdue review for work done earlier in the year. I had an urgent issue with a clogged laundry drain pipe that was overflowing and spilling all over the floor. I reached out to Rock Solid Drains, and Casey responded quickly, sending over Clayvee and Colton. They efficiently moved the washer and got to work clearing the drain, identifying it as a partial blockage. I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue.

A couple of weeks later, the washer pipe started leaking again, and the kitchen sink was backing up. Thankfully, their work is guaranteed, and they did follow up as promised. Clayvee came out the same day we called, bringing out the big machine to tackle the problem. It took some time, as the clog was quite severe, but Clayvee got everything cleared out. Both the laundry and kitchen sink are draining properly to this day.

If you're dealing with a clogged pipe, I highly recommend giving Rock Solid Drains a call. Their service is worth it!

I picked these guys from Yelp reviews- and I am so happy I did. They answered the call immediately and while our issue didn't require immediate attention they had Clay V out within 3 hours. Once he inspected he gave us options our issue needed something called jetting( spelling?) so they send out Colton 2 hours later. He was so knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. I watched the camera go into the sewer and saw the tree roots- unbelievable!

We were only charged for the 2nd service.

We've recently remodeled our 1950 house and replaced all sewer and water lines under the house. The sewer lateral from foundation to the street were inspected and recommended replacement when we bought the house 5 years ago, but we held out as long as we can. The latest grey water backup onto our brand new bathroom while showering and washing machine running was the last straw. We received multiple quote requests but Rock Solid Drains was quicker to respond and able to get a someone out there that afternoon. They were reasonable priced and able to give us a quote to replace the whole sewer line using the sewer report from 5 years ago. They did a good job. But what I am more impressed is the level of response, clear communication, and follow through between me on the phone and my husband on site, with Coltan (my initial contact), the owner Casey, the foreman Robert, and his team. If you live in a 1950s house, you are well aware of the endless projects and repairs. We are all dreading the process of hiring the right person for the job and not get overcharged. Rock Solid Drains made it easy and headache free. I can't say the same for all the dozens of companies we've hired thus far.

Casey came out on short notice on a holiday, and fixed a major mess for us. He figured out the problem and gave us advice for the future, and also figured out an unrelated issue that we didn't realize was an issue (our hose spigot wasn't working, because a different knob was turned further back). We're very grateful all around!

These guys did some work on my apartment recently and left an absolute mess. There's trash, chunks of concrete and concrete dust everywhere. They broke some of my belongings as well. Their workers forgot to leave my spare key inside, and I had to contact them for it.
