I have used Rocky's services on two occasions so far -- one for replacing a kitchen faucet and another time for fixing a blockage in the air gap. Rocky is a true professional -- responsive, punctual, skilled and honest. He knows his trade, diagnoses and explains the problem well before fixing it fully. He is not about just making a quick buck off you but making sure you are satisfied, understand the root cause and how the issue can be prevented in the future. He does thorough and quality work and is very fair about what he charges...or not charges. Hard to find people like him -- will definitely use him again!

I had a jack of all trades remodel my bathroom a year or so ago and the bathroom faucet and or plumbing in the bathroom has dripped and leaked off and on since, however it leaked a bunch almost ruined the bottom of a 1500 dollar vanity!
So I bought a new faucet and Rocky came and installed it and fixed everything at a very reasonable price on very short notice!! He's courteous and good at what he does and could recommend s finer plumber, I have complete confidence in his work and if an issue arises in the future I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call, I couldn't recommend a better plumber!! Called Mr. Rocky to fix several seemingly minor plumbing issues around the house. He provided initial estimate over the phone and even though the work turn out to be little bit more than expected he stuck to the initial estimate. He took time to explain each issues in detail and found several sub optimal plumbing jobs that needs fixing. Here is a genuine guy that really deserves all 5 starts.
You are going to be my plumber as long as I am in bay area.

This afternoon when driving out of the garage, I found the floor was wet and there were some leak from the water heater. I called my husband back home to check in case it was an emergency. Later in the evening after driving back home finally, I called Mr. Rocky to try to make an appointment with him. Fortunately, he was nearby and just finished his work. He came over right away even though it was after his service time. He fixed the leak problem in several minutes. Plus, there was no charge. He installed the heater for us about two years ago. It was caused by some failing parts. It was a big relief for me to get the leak being taken care. I intended to tip him. Yet, he refused to take the money. He said what he cares most is to let his customers know that he is reliable. He is not the type of plumber taking the money and disappear. Thumbs up! He gets my 5 stars review.

I was in deep trouble on a Sunday evening as I ran into trouble replacing a faucet. I stripped the compression valve fitting nut and could not get it off to replace. Plus I could not get the P-Trap off - it was like glued on!
So I called Rocky.. the man is the absolute best ever plumber! Nice, professional courteous, clean and fast! What looked like disaster with no water to the home turned into a nice thankful evening as he made all my problems go away! (now my wife)
I am the wife and I was so afraid we will deal with out water for the evening as we tried to get some other 24/7 plumber but no luck until Rocky.
He was really nice to stop by and rescue the situation, very nice, kind and was very helpful.. I 100 % recommending Rocky ..

I had two works Rocky did for us, one was last winter when we had a broken faucet in my bathroom and he spent a decent amount of time to fix it because the original install was incorrect but he never complained and fixed another issue that I just asked about without charge. Then the second one was this April that we had a problem in our sink of kitchen and I was so anxious that I texted late night and called back in 10 min and gave me instructions on how to fix on the phone but I could not - it might be easy for him but not me. Next day he came 9:30am and fixed it and he ran off for another customer visit without fee - we failed to pay him since he insisted so hard by saying he would not charge this small work. I was so happy to meet this sincere and honest person. You will not regret to hire him!

Did not have any work done, but Rocky spent time to listen to my problem and refer me to somebody who works on mobile homes, because he does not. He was very sincere and did not ask for anything in return. You can tell he is a genuine person who tries his best in what he does. He is greatly appreciated.

Five star service! Called Rocky who was able to come out right away to look at a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom into our garage, as well as needing the sink snaked due to a stubborn clog that would not go away. He arrived right on time and was able to explain not only what was going on but what needed to be done. He covered our bathroom to avoid any mess and handled both matters in a jiffy. He was kind and courteous and no one - ABSOLUTELY NO ONE - is going to beat his price. I will not hesitate for one minute to have him back out should the need arise and recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. Rock star customer service and work from Rock.Plmb Plumbing!
