I've used Rock Plumbing services a few times for my kitchen sink backing up and Rocky the owner has always been kind, knowledgeable, and right on time. He's very cost friendly. Quick to find and either fix or replace the parts needed, he's well organized and neat for a messy job. All and all he's my go to plumber.

Our dishwasher was not draining. We didn't know if it was a dishwasher issue or a plumbing issue. We called Rocky and he came within a day. He was very polite. Checked the dishwasher filter, cleaned it, checked for clog in the pipes. He suggested we call the service center for dishwasher repair. He refused to accept any payment because he said he did not fix our issue. He kept apologizing about our dishwasher not working even though it was none of his fault. We really appreciated his professionalism.

Rocky is very knowledgeable! Gave advice on the best toilet to get, picked up toilet from Home Depot and did a fabulous & quick job while he was here. He also pointed out and gave us advice about some other leak we have. I was so glad I called him. Highly recommend and will use again if ever I have a need. He also wouldn't even take a tip! :-(. And it was only $125 to install the toilet and haul away the old one. Great deal. Thanks, Rocky!!!

We had a water heater replaced by Rocky. It was still under warranty so we expected a refund from AO Smith. There as a mixup due to a bad salesman misleading Rocky and AO Smoth would not honor the new water heater for a refund. This led to some confusion and we thought we would not be able to get our refund. But Rocky managed to get the refund done for us by working with the warranty guys at a later date and came back to refund the money to us. This shows how honest a person he is ! On top of that the installation of the water heater was top notch.

I was looking for a plumber to install a kitchen faucet for me. I was referred to Rocky by one of my neighbors. Out of all the plumbers I called, Rocky had the lowest price. Even if his prices were higher, I would still use him because we liked him that much! He was on time, fast, and did a really good job! I feel incredibly lucky to have found an honest, trustworthy, reliable plumber. We will be using Rocky for all of our future plumbing needs. Wow ! I don't usually write reviews but it is so rare to find such honest and good service providers like Rocky. He was very reasonable in his quote and was willing to go extra mile in doing a clean job on Saturday night. Just had Rocky come out and repair a faulty toilet seal for us. He was extremely careful to make sure the issue was correctly identified and that we were fixing the right thing. He then proceeded to effect a very thorough repair. This was a very slow leak that had been going on for some time before it became apparent, due to a faulty installation by my contractor in the first place. Rocky was friendly, polite, tidy, and charged a very reasonable price for the job. He is definitely my go to plumber from here out.
