Our shower wasn't draining on Saturday night. I texted for a quote, and got one in about 15 minutes. Roscoe was able to come the next day, a Sunday! With this Covid 19 going on he came in with his mask and was very professional. In about 15-20 minutes, he was in and out! He even cleaned the tub!! Best plumber ever!! Glad I found him, now I know exactly who to call!! Thanks Roscoe!!

Living in a condo with shared piping is a pain in the okole. The water in my and the neighbor's tubs started draining super slowly. This is unacceptable as my little one prefers baths over showers. Messaged Roscoe with Rock-O-Rooter, and he came within an hour of calling. Talk about super speedy response time! Fixed our drain in 15 minutes, and even did an additional job of installing a toilet sprayer for me at no cost. He's amazing. We now have a dependable and reliable plumber to call on when needed. I had an issue with a dripping faucet. I put in for a quote around midday. Roscoe responded and made an appointment for the afternoon. He came and took care of the issue. There are two things I don't trust myself doing, plumbing and electrical. I'm sure I'll have issues in the future. And I won't hesitate calling on a Rock-O-Rooter again.

As other reviews stated, Rock-O-Rooter's service is top-notch. Roscoe was extremely quick to respond with a quote and was even able to schedule an appointment within the next couple of hours, which if anyone has tried to contact a plumber (especially in an emergency), you'd know how difficult it can be to find someone in a pinch. Fortunately, my situation wasn't an emergency but tends to be a little tricky since I had a blockage within a common drain shared with a next door unit. Roscoe was eventually able to remove the clog and even replaced a cracked kitchen sink nut at no charge! Super professional service. Mahalo again Roscoe & Ill definitely be contacting Rock-O-Rooter Drains in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

Inquired for plumbing services on a Sunday night and Roscoe, from Rock-O-Rooter Drains, responded back (via email) within 30 minutes. Made an appt that very next Monday morning and he provided a fair and reasonable quote to repair my leaking toilet, leaking kitchen sink, and install a new faucet in the master bath. Returned 3 days later with the necessary parts (as promised) and finished all 3 jobs in 2 and half hours. FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, and repair services were priced fair!
