I called and spoke to Roscoe (owner) who quickly gave me a price quote over the phone. He offered me two timeslots for same day service, morning or afternoon. I quickly selected morning as I needed service. Roscoe then asked me to text him my general information and within minutes I received a text message notifying me of my scheduled appointment. What prompt and efficient service. Cool! To my delight I received a text message notifying me that Rock-O-Rooter LLC was en route to my home. Keeping customers informed is part of his great service. Upon arriving Roscoe introduced himself and quickly inspected my issue. Unfortunately my problem wasn't an easy fix. Yep, I am going to jump on the bandwagon and give Rock-o-Rooter and owner a BEEEG high FIVE! I had a minor plumbing issue that my condominium said I had to fix. I was in no rush but had to have the valve changed out to allow for cold/hot water option. Hey, I told my condo manager I didn't mind having guests take cold showers but he said it wasn't an option. Lol. So, after soliciting three quotes, including one from the plumbing company that was recommended by building, I chose to go with Rock-o-Rooter. Not only did Roscoe get back to me the quickest. He offered to come out to take a look before starting the work, and reconfirm the quote. The day of the appointment came and Roscoe sent me a text advising me he was on the way. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was neat and cleaned up after. Price was more than fair and exactly what was quoted. Of no fault of his own, the original appointment had to be rescheduled. Because of this Roscoe even gave me a 20pct discount. Recommend Roscoe and Rock-o-Rooter for your home's plumbing needs. Best plumber ever! The hot and cold water valves connected to my washer was leaking. Roscoe responded to my ""Request a quote"" on Yelp very quickly. Within 24 hours, I received a quote and scheduled the repair. Immediately after, he sent the appointment confirmation. On the day of my appointment, he sent a text notifying me that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was wearing a mask. He assessed the issue and explained what he needed to do. Roscoe explained he would need to drive back into town to grab a part. He was very respectful of our time and asked if we were okay with him taking the time to drive back to town. He returned quickly with the part and resumed his work. I left new hoses on the washing machine and he replaced it without me asking! As part of the repair, he needed to cut a hole into the drywall to access the pipes. He covered the hole with an access panel and it was perfect! It's very easy to communicate with Roscoe. He's punctual, responsive, respectful and leaves the work area cleaner and better than he found it! I will recommend Roscoe to anyone who needs a plumber. He's awesome. I also asked him about another potential plumbing issue and he offered to look at it. After looking at it, he assured me the issue wasn't an issue after all (he's honest too). If that's not enough to convince you that Roscoe is the best...he also provides a 1 year warranty on his work! Thank you Roscoe!

Roscoe replied promptly to my call out on Yelp where I described that my toilet was leaking and making noises upon flushing. He gave an estimate and said he could fit me in between other appointments. I was impressed with the reviews and he did not disappoint. He stuck to the estimate.
