Roscoe was everything you want in a plumber! Very responsive, Punctual, honest, respectful, clean and affordable. Job was done in a timely manner.will definitely use them again for Plumbing problems. My garbage disposal was in terrible shape ! So bad that it needed to be saw off because previous owner welded to stop leaks I'm guessing .. but roscoe was more then prepared for the job !

Service was very quick and we thank you for that. We were though quoted between $250-$300 but the final bill was much higher at $450. Also it seems they did not seal once they put the toilet back.

Needed my shut off valve and toilet parts replaced. Asked for a quote, replied back pretty fast. Gave a good price, so I called and spoke to Roscoe. He was able to fit me in that day, and is very punctual. Showed him the problem got to work and finished fast. Very easy to work with. We have "had it!" with large plumbing companies, after having been overcharged for a couple of relatively minor problems. We saw on line that Rock-O-Rooter is independently owned and operated and based in Kaimuki, close to our home, so we placed a call.
Rock-O-Rooter (a play on the name of the owner, Roscoe) is a number you should definitely keep handy!
Roscoe answered the phone himself, as it rings to his cell. He told us his fees for labor and parts, and let us know what the variables might be. He made arrangement to come as soon as he could. He fixed our problem in a hurry, so he actually charged less than his estimate. But, far from just being a fast and competent fix-it guy, Roscoe was off to his next project, a tear-down home remodel on the other side of town. This made me feel confident that if and when we have a larger issue (old house!), Roscoe will still be our go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

Our shower clogged and was full of water. My boyfriend attempted to unclog it with a hanger and it didn't work. So we used the yelp estimate to find a plumber and we chose rock-o-rooter for their guarantee. They altered their hours to meet our work schedule due to both of us getting off late in the evening. They showed up and had the shower cleared in 20 minutes. They even cleaned out our tub of the filthy water residue that was in there.

We tried everything short of calling a plumber, baking soda/vinegar, got a snake auger, hot water, shop vac but nothing worked. After struggling with our bathroom sink for several days I sent out multiple request on yelp and Roscoe was the first to get back to me and at a very reasonable price. He was able to come the following day and he was very professional and complied with the covid-19 guidelines by wearing a mask, minimizing contact, and the area was clean after he left. His number will be stored in my phone for future plumbing jobs as we have found our go-to plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber, if I could give him more stars I would!
