I had toilet water problem late last night. I called Rock-O-Rooter early this morning. Roscoe scheduled me between 11am and 1pm today. But he sent me one of his team members. He came around 9:50am and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. All is done before 10:30am! What a great service! This was my 3rd time using Rock-O-Rooter. They are always responsive, offer me good quality services and very reasonable. I highly recommend Rock-O-Rooter!

I had a problem with the way they classified drains in a hotel and they were able to distinguish what is and what isn't a main line glow. This is essential when you have hotel units that are now individually owned condos and have a shared drain. The open communication of this company and it's leaders take the time to learn about condo/hotels and educate their employees on these matters is very helpful. Roscoe has done a great job to replace a faucet, two shut-off valves and a food disposal in my kitchen. The valve replacement was unexpected, but he was able to handle it at the second visit with water shutdown scheduled. He is a very down-to-earth guy with good plumbing skills and experience. He also answer all my questions patiently using his knowledge. On top of that, he charged at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Roscoe's services for any plumbing problems.

Been looking for a new plumber since my old one stopped taking jobs in town. I called Rock-O-Rooter based on their excellent YELP reviews. Roscoe removed a no longer needed garbage disposal and replaced 2 leaking hose bibbs. My house has uncommon hose bibbs so he had to make an extra trip to pick up replacements. Very nice person and the price was reasonable. Will be calling him again for future plumbing issues.

We tried everything short of calling a plumber, baking soda/vinegar, got a snake auger, hot water, shop vac but nothing worked. After struggling with our bathroom sink for several days I sent out multiple request on yelp and Roscoe was the first to get back to me and at a very reasonable price. He was able to come the following day and he was very professional and complied with the covid-19 guidelines by wearing a mask, minimizing contact, and the area was clean after he left. His number will be stored in my phone for future plumbing jobs as we have found our go-to plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber, if I could give him more stars I would!

Our shower wasn't draining on Saturday night. I texted for a quote, and got one in about 15 minutes. Roscoe was able to come the next day, a Sunday! With this Covid 19 going on he came in with his mask and was very professional. In about 15-20 minutes, he was in and out! He even cleaned the tub!! Best plumber ever!! Glad I found him, now I know exactly who to call!! Thanks Roscoe!!
