Called late on a Monday for a clogged sewer line. They were able to give me a two hour window the next day with an upfront standard price quote. Tyler showed up the next day and was extremely polite and professional. Fixed the problem very fast. Although my problem was easy to fix, i would still highly recommend them based on their upfront pricing, commitment to schedule, their communication through out the process, and the plumber's terrific customer service.

I had major drain clogg in my house. Every single drain in my house was clogged and one of the bathtubs was backing up. It was a disaster. I called Rock O Rooter on Tuesday and they were able to come on Thursday. It was a miserable two days without working drain. My wife, kids and I had to use the bathroom at fast food restaurants. No shower for two days! Even though I picked the best rated plumber from Yelp, I was very skeptical about Rock O Rooter because of past experience with repair contractors who are more interested in making quick buck than doing their job. They usually lay out a grand plan and charge your arms and legs but they actually do very minimal work and most of time they don't do it right. Rock O Rooter guy (young man called ""Tim"") was very prompt and cordial. He found the problem and worked out a strait forward solution. He walked around the house to look for main sewer then gave me an estimate of $350 to clear the clog. This is what he has done. 1. Look for the problem 2. Test the method * tried with hand crank auger 2. Figure out the solution 3. Get to the work * remove the toilet bowl * brought in 50ft motorized auger cable * wasn't successful * called another guy with heavier and longer cable machine * finally cleared the clog * put the toilet bowl back with new wax * clean the mess 4. hand me the bill for $350.00 + tax Great job! Mission complete. Rock-O-Rooter guys restored the trust in plumbing business.

Clogged bathroom sink drain. Roscoe picked up on the first call. Fit me in his schedule the same day. Tyler came assessed the problem, snaked the drain and it drained great. Gave me some tips on how to keep the drain clear in the future. Noticed a small leak a few days later so called and Tyler came the same day and fixed it using new larger washer and teflon tape free of charge. No more leaking. Great service, responsive, good follow-up & some free advice. Third time I've used Rock-O-Rooter.

Roscoe was really responsive and gave me a fair price. Tyler showed up at time promised with a call and a text saying he was on his way. Work quality was unreal - actually was perfect. Cleared a clogged sink and replaced all the pipes under the sink. Just a really nice job. Tyler was awesome. I'd highly recommend them and will use them the next time I need a plumber.
