I can't say enough good words about this company. In the middle of the Labor Day weekend, MIke came to our house to fix a water heater. I could not be happier with our choice to use Robinson Plumbing for our A/C issue! We could not cool down our house to a comfortable setting when the temps started reaching above 100. With two kids, one being a baby, it made for a frustrated mama! We called Mike and he had his team come out the very next day. They found the problem quickly and were able to get the A/C running efficiently in very little time and for a reasonable price! Our shower wouldn't shut off this evening so our only option was to turn off the water main to the house. My husband was scrambling to try and repair the faucet himself, but realized we needed to call in a professional. I did a search on Yelp and after reading the great reviews on Robinson Plumbing I decided to give Mike a try. He responded to my email immediately. This was at 7:30pm tonight. After speaking with him, my husband made one more attempt at the repair before throwing in the towel. I called Mike back and cried for help. He was at our home within 40 minutes. He completed the job in an hour. His fee was extremely reasonable. He didn't up charge for the late call and was happy to help. I'm happy to report the faucet repair was a complete success and our water to our home is again turned on. I can't thank Mike enough for coming to our rescue. He is now our ""go to"" guy for any future plumbing needs.

I had my first job and appointment with Mr. Robinson on Friday, January 12, 2019. I was impressed by his detailed five star reviews, however, one is always skeptical and may ask, ""Are these too good to be true?""

The answer is that they are not too good to be true and now I am writing my five star review! First, Mr. R. responded with an estimate in less than ten minutes. Second, his price was reasonable. Some workers think that Palm Springs residents must be rich and inflate fees. I am retired on a pension, not rich, and I found Mr. R.'s fee reasonable--$35.00 less than my last estimate. Third, Mr. Robinson showed up within our agreed upon window. Fourth, he proceeded with faucet and handsprayer de-install and re-install of new hardware quickly, confidently, and professionally. His son was nearby to assist. They cleaned up very well. You can pay with check or credit/debit card. He gave me both a written and an electronic receipt.

He said that the work is guaranteed for one year and that if I have any problems he will be happy to return.
