Mr. Robinson and his son came by in extreme heat to replace a hose bib (faucet) in my front yard. He also fixed a leaking pvc pipe in the irrigation system. I think all the plumbers are overpriced, but he did charge a lower amount than other estimates I received, and he showed up when he was supposed to. I especially appreciate his attitude and willingness to explain the issues and do a good and clean job. I only wish I had called him before I called one of the major companies, who did a job for me, as I would rather pay an excellent small company.

These guys are the best. Don't waste your time by calling anybody else. If you believe you get what you pay for, these guys are for you. They have done multiple jobs for me and the job is always done right the first time. Plumbing and HVAC are not the type of trades you want to have somebody make a mistake on. As it will cost you more in the long run. I trust these guys, because I know they will do it right!

Enjoying our consistent hot water thanks to Robinson Plumbing! Mike initially came out the next day when I was looking for a quote to move our W/D to the garage. While here our ancient water heater was discussed, and we ended up going with a tankless water heater. Mike was quick with the quote, and when I finally decided to move forward he was able to do the install the next day. And they left our garage cleaner than when they arrived!
We didn't end up doing the W/D installation, but only because we decided to do a gut job of our bathroom and do that at the same time. Before we came to that decision Mike let us know he was able to obtain discounts from his suppliers and brought down the initial quote by about 20%!

My experience with Robinson Plumbing Heating and Air was excellent. Mike Robinson took my call late at night due to a plugged drain. I called Mike past 8 p.m. and he came within the hour, when he arrived, he carefully assessed the situation and gave me some clear options on how we could go forward. Mike ended up removing my toilet and put a snake down the drain to clear a blockage down far in the main drain. Its important to note that the whole time he wore a mask and carefully respected my home by being clean and neat. The problem was addressed, and the shower started to drain. I later hired Mike to do some other maintenance work, he came a few days later with the same respect and good work. I would strongly recommend Robinson Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone looking for a good honest company and owner! Thanks Mike!

Mike Robinson and his apprentice son are the best. I called them out to tighten two sink faucets that I could no longer get to. Another plumber had looked at the job and told me the faucets couldn't be fixed and would have to be cut out and replaced with new ones. Robinson said the fixtures were in good shape and then proceeded to adjust and tighten both faucets. He was in and out in one hour.

Robinson is the epitome of honesty. He quickly responds to phone calls and shows up on time. His rates are reasonable made more so because he is efficient and knows his stuff.

Absolutely amazing! Michael was able to save my project! Unfortunately, I had started with another plumber who was not getting the job done. I was referred to Michael by a friend on a Sunday. I contacted him that day and he was on my job the next day. I am not a professional and as a result, many of the parts I had purchased for him were not correct. He was able to get the parts needed quickly and get the project finished. Also, many of the projects were not easy fixes, but he was up for the challenge despite several road blocks along the way. His invoice was very reasonable and included each line item clearly laid out with amounts for each piece of the project. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable an professional. I highly recommend Robinson Plumbing!

I happened to run into Mike working another job on our street the same day our tankless water heater started throwing an error code. He was able to come by in short order and address the necessary maintenance and fixes on both of our tankless systems. Super easy to work with and reasonably priced. Mike Robinson is the best - honest, reliable, great service and follow through. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who not only goes above and beyond but does excellent work as well. Mike responded to my call right away and came out the same day. Our bathtub/shower fixture and the associated valves were a bear because they were 1985 vintage. Mike searched for the part with the supply house. They found it and had it for him the next day and he finished the job perfectly. He deserves 10 stars but, Yelp doesn't go up that far.
