Ron came within an hour of our call on a Sunday right before Independence Day. He was both professional and friendly. There was a flat fee rather than an hourly rate, so we appreciated that he took his time over the necessary repair. He complimented my husband's initial repair attempt, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge of an Arizonan's plumbing needs. We would definitely recommend Robin's Plumbing overall and Ron in particular for his expert, quality repair work.

Can't speak on how their prices compare to other companies but they seem reasonable. Overall I'd highly recommend using them!

I called Robins Plumbing last Saturday for a quote to install two new toilets. They were very friendly and actually gave me a quote over the phone. Only one other company would give me a verbal quote but they were much more expensive than Robins. Other companies wanted to send out a tech for an in home quote which I did not feel was necessary as my job was a straight change-out to a new toilet. The only additional charges that could have been involved would have been a new water supply line or new shut off valves and would not have changed the price that much. The price Robins quoted is exactly what they charged. Ron came right on time after calling that he was on the way. He did the exchanges and left the areas clean as they were before he arrived. I would highly recommend this company. Honest, clean uniforms, very professional and extremely mannerly. If I could add another star, I would.

Service was prompt and professional. One of the best experiences I've had with a plumber. My gate valve had broken at my main valve and we had no water. Upon scheduling, they offered to squeeze me in first thing in the morning. I asked for something after work and they were more than accommodating. Tech Steve came about and was very helpful and efficient in his work. He even took the time after the original call to come inside the house and inspect all the plumbing for any potential problems down the road. Very satisfied customer. Will definitely be calling Robins Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! I know the owners personally and they are amazing people and it flows right through to their company and their workers. We have a puppy who was teething and she decided the water pipe to the outside hose looked like a good place to take out her aggression. Needless to say, OLD FAITHFUL was spewing out of the side of my house in no time! Robins Plumbing not only came out right away and fixed it but put in a copper pipe so the puppy could never do that again!

Did 2 shower valve/faucet installs. Ryan was quick to get out next day for an estimate. Had it emailed to me within minutes. Scheduled the work for the next day after accepting.
