In 2004, we established our company to operate with integrity. After years in another plumbing firm, I became disheartened by the practices I observed in the industry. Our goal was to change perceptions and improve the plumbing industry's reputation. We stand by our motto, ""Finally a Plumber you can Trust."" As a family-owned and operated business, we are large enough to handle your needs but small enough to remember your name.
My journey in the plumbing industry began in 1997. I started in the office handling data entry. I quickly developed a passion for the field, recognizing the importance of the service we provide. To gain experience, I joined technicians on plumbing calls during weekends, moving beyond my role as a receptionist. I founded Robins Plumbing, Inc in 2004, and I take pride in my plumbing expertise. Being a woman in plumbing, I recognize how crucial it is to feel at ease with the technician who arrives. I ensure that you receive a technician who is clean and respectful.

I didn't even have a chance to hire Robin's plumbing since their customer service was so terrible on the phone. I called to ask some basic questions about systems that a professional plumber should be able to answer and both people I spoke with were very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure to hire another company for our projects.

We had an emergency leak outdoors on a holiday Sunday and Robins Plumbing got the job done within hours of making the call! Thx Alex and Robins Plumbing for coming thru in the clutch.

We had Alex out today for some repairs, and I was impressed again. Nothing but the best from this company every time! Their service is fabulous, and their work is top notch! I would recommend Alex and all the plumbers at Robins Plumbing to anyone!

Actually Zero stars but it won't post without a star. I called about a leak in my water softener. While I was trying to explain that it was cracked and where I thought the leak was coming from and then the guy rudely interrupted me saying let me speak. The only thing he wanted to know was if my system was in the garage or not and and then he said a standard replacement would be $3500! Really? That's my only option? No thanks. Another company will be getting my business. Worst customer service ever!

Thomas was awesome! Came out and fixed all of our past issues from a previous job with another company. Will be using them again in the future!

Robin's Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater, and provided a lot of valuable information in choosing the right model for my home's needs. I also had them repair a bathroom faucet supply line (the original, 18yr old shut-off handle had broken, rending that supply line as 'always on').
I've not only recommended them to other family members, but many friends and neighbors as well. When you want a professional plumber that will do quality work, I can't recommend Robin's Plumbing enough!

I had a plumbing emergency for a vacation rental in Scottsdale on a Saturday and Robin's Plumbing was fast to respond. Turned out not needing them that day, but I got set up in their system. The next week I had 2 broken toilets in another vacation rental and they came out and saved the day. Later I needed a broken disposal replaced, and again, they were there quickly.
When you need a plumber, you often need them right away. Because we are in the high end vacation rental business, we need a respectful, professional who is knowledgable and fast to help us with what we need done. Each of the 3 times I have called Robin's Plumbing, I have been impressed by their service. I recommend them highly, and they are on speed dial in my phone.

Great job! Fixed the leak very quickly. Same day. The plumber who came out was nice and explained everything. He fixed the problem and checked his work afterward.
I subtracted one star because I felt the lady on the phone when I made the appointment was rude. Robin's quoted me $315 for the job whereas another plumber quoted $198. I called Robin's back to see when they could come out and asked if they could come closer to the other quote I got. The lady told me ""if price is the only thing that matters to you, then go with the $198 guy."" She said this to me twice. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. She didn't give any explanation for the price difference than that. I only went with Robin's because they could come out right away and other places weren't available until after the weekend. Otherwise, I wouldn't have used them. Not a good impression of customer service from the person your customers interact with first.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They are dishonest and unethical. I had a few issues with a new house that my inspector told me about. I contacted them and asked them to fix the issues. There wasn't a leak from the faucet and after the technician fixed the problem under the sink he said there was a leak from the faucet now. I stood there and watched him take off the faucet handle. The tech said he had to leave and would come back later after another call (which I thought was strange, why would you leave a job that you weren't finished with to do another job?) A few minutes later he called and said he would have to charge me a service fee to fix the faucet. WHAT? So, I called the office and spoke to Brian. He told me the technician didn't touch the faucet and would have to charge me because they don't do work for free. I explained to him I was standing there and watched him work on it. He told me I was lying and they don't do free work. I told them I wasn't going to pay for something they caused. He told me they wouldn't fix it. I then told him that I was going to file complaints on all aspects of reviews and with the BBB. He proceeded to tell me that it doesn't ""scare"" him and to go ahead. I've never had such unprofessional, unethical service in my whole life.

I gave them two stars instead of one because their plumbers seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. However on their first visit they didn't have all of the necessary equipment to assess my sewer line blockage, gave me vague and useless information, and when they had to return to clear the line again a week later made several promises that they did not follow through on. I know they are a business and are looking out for their bottom line but if they didn't intend to provide me with the results after paying for their service they shouldn't have offered. Now I have spent over $460 to clear a sewer line twice and in order to get additional quotes will need to pay all over again for the full service. Since I will have to pay again there is no reason for me to stay with Robins.
I notified them of my concerns and spoke to the plumber giving them time to rectify this problem before writing any negative review. Unfortunately I have waited twice to receive the information promised and never received it. And I have not gotten a response from my email sent four days ago. It is apparent they don't intend to follow through on their promise.
I would say go with someone else despite all of the high reviews. Plumbers charge a lot and it isn't worth the risk to deal with someone who conducts business this way.
