Had them come out today to drain my water heater and decided to change out two toilets that were very old. Ben did a great job with the install. This company is really good and always come out quickly.

My new refrigerator arrived from Lowe's and they were unable to install it due to it lacking a shutoff valve. So, it was placed in a corner of my home. I called Robbins plumbing and Eddy came out later the same day. Although he didn't have the part on him, he shutoff the water at my main and placed my new fridge in its spot. This was key because I don't have an R/O system and I was counting on the filtered water from the fridge. He returned a day later, added a new shutoff valve and took my old refrigerator out to the garage to move it out of my dining room. The water on tap was absolutely magical after a stressful move-in and I was incredibly grateful. Eddy was exceptional in every way that is hard to truly express. The work he did was solid.

Called Robins Plumbing on a Saturday around 2:15 PM. The water softener had been removed from one of our rental properties and the loop needed to be soldered back in. A relatively simple job with two elbows and a 4 inch piece of straight copper. But, the house water had to be turned off until the job is complete. So, it was a bit urgent. We figured getting someone to come and do the work on the same day would be a challenge or we'd be gouged on price. We called a dozen places and had three say that they could fix it same day. Autumn answered the phone at Robins Plumbing and could not have been friendlier. She said schedules were tight for the day and it was unlikely they could send somebody. She spent a good five minutes working on the schedule to figure out how to help us, which I really appreciated. She ultimately found that Brandon could come on site within the next 60 to 90 minutes to fix our issue. I figured if he was as friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented as she was, it would probably be a good thing.

A huge storm rolled in with crazy wind and lots of rain just before Brandon was due to arrive. Brandon still met his commitment and even texted me when he was on his way to tell me he was 15 minutes out and might be a couple minutes late due to driving through the storm. Turned out when he got there, he was driving a large, professional box truck from Robins that was likely blowing around in the wind like mad. Brandon could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Even though it was a relatively simple job, he explained my options and the cost associated with each. I really appreciated that. I also told him I'd like to brush up on my soldering skills and asked if he would mind giving me some tips as he did the repair. He was phenomenal, shared with me why he was doing what he was doing and what the benefits were. He was friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. We really couldn't have asked for more in an on-site plumber.

As for the price, it was just over $200 for what seemed like $20 worth of parts and 25 minutes. But, compared to other plumbers this was an excellent deal, over $100 less than another and the fact that he had a massive truck with all the parts and correct tools and his knowledge along with the information he freely shared, this was an excellent experience and worth it.

I would absolutely recommend this company, they truly feel like a family owned company that cares. And I would highly recommend Brandon, specifically.

This was my first time doing business with Robins Plumbing, and I am very happy. The technician, Eddy, was really nice and professional. I thought the issue was one thing, but I was wrong. Eddy told me what the actual problem was, and then explained why it was that.

Our sewer sump pump had stopped working and the tank was overflowing.
My home warranty wasn't t able to to have someone come out until the next day if not later, so I found Robins Plumbing who was able to come out the same day.

I am giving them 4 starts simply because the pricing for the service fee (quoted on the phone) was not what I was charged when Nate arrived. I would have liked to been informed that the service fee (emergency) would not cover the diagnosis-

Nate was professional and explained his findings- I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great, quality work! Ben came out on call and he was a lifesaver! He was super kind, friendly, and quick to assist. I needed to remove a sink and he came out same day, got the job done, and provided AMAZING service without any issues to the existing fixtures. I would HIGHLY recommend. I called in same day and he came out within 2 hours.

Do not believe the owner that opened her company because of ""dishonest plumbing"" Her company is the dishonest company she speaks of. My shower was not working, the plumber came and quoted me $305.00. He did not tell me how long it would take to repair. He had the shower fixed in 7 minutes. (that's $43.57 per minute) Talk about ripping off the customer. I would never use them again and encourage others not to use them.

We needed a plumber towards the end of the work day and they were quick to answer the phone and tell me they could send someone right out to help me. They were very polite and timely. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to remedy our problem quickly. I will use them again in the future.
