We've worked with Robinett for a few years and Cris and Curtis are beyond amazing--kind, ethical, they know EVERYTHING about Long Beach residences and never do work that's not required--and also do things we never even knew needed to be done (that would have caused huge issues and money later). They are also the most generous and kind humans who end up giving you a place to buy a plant or a recommendation for a car painter; they exemplify family business and generally being excellent professionals with good hearts. Recently they addressed an immediate issue with 15 minutes notice and came right away. It's rare to find excellent and knowledgeable professionals who also care about their work and the people/homes they work with--you'd be lucky to have them around!

I had a good experience with Robinett plumbing. Cris and Curtis work quickly and efficiently. I chose them because they're a family business that's been around for decades, and they specialize in old plumbing. My house was built in 1928, so it has many kinds of antiquated pipes. I am not an expert in plumbing costs, but their quote seemed reasonable and I was happy to pay it.

Robinette is a multigenerational business that's been in the area for years. I wasn't aware of that until I met them fit the first time. They showed up on time, thanked me for meeting them there (an investment property), wore masks and were very polite. I had an old floor furnace that the local gas company tagged as unsafe. They immediately got to work, one person worked from the too of the furnace and one went into the crawl space below. They were able to raise the pilot, secure it and replace an old gas flex hose that had multiple connections. The thermostat also needed to be replaced. They went the extra mile and installed a plate behind the new thermostat to cover any wall exposure due to the difference between the old and new thermostats. They left the apartment clean. After spending well over an hour on the job, their price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Robinette Plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

Dude came and semi fixed the problem, said he needed to ordEr the parts and we never heard from him again. This certainly is no way to run a business.
