Roberts Plumbing, Hydro Jet is extremely extremely extremely knowledgeable. He is kind, professional, understanding, absolutely incredibly the very best. I was very impressed with his work. My house was clogged and things were coming up and he made things so so easy to fix. He is well equipped and he answered my call very very early on a Sunday morning and he was in my house right away. I have lived in my home for 19 years and I have never met someone as exceptional as him. He is now my go to guy if I ever have any other issues in my home. His prices are reasonable and he does not take advantage of people as others do. We highly highly recommend him. He will be with us for the rest of our lives and I thank him so much for coming to the rescue. Trust me he is the very very best!!!! Thank you we appreciate you!!!

If a plumber can be a saint, it's Robert. Last year, I needed a pricey repair, replacing those very old pipes under the house to the sewer, which he handled with speed and neatness. After that, I had a problem with noisy pipes in the house and he came over, did something that fixed it, and refused to let me pay for it. Then, today, he came over in the dark, at night, to find out why water was draining over my driveway. I was sooooo worried, thinking about my impending huge water bill, and he came after a long day of work and in the dark. He figured out that, even though my property was flooded, it was coming from my neighbor so we visited her and he turned off some irrigation thing in her yard that was causing the leak. For her! And once again, he refused to let me pay him. He is a bright light in a world that needs more of it. Thanks Robert!!!

Had Robert out to investigate a gas leak at our house. While another company told us we needed to replace all of our gas pipes, Robert painstakingly searched for the leak and found a few problem spots. He was incredibly responsive over phone and e-mail (including helping me respond to a number of requests from our home warranty company). He solved the leak - at a fraction of the cost of the other quote - and got a customer for life. I found him to be honest, hardworking, and a really nice person to get to know. I can't recommend him more highly.

Requested a quote from 10 plumbers for a job. 9 of the 10 came in between $80-$150. This company quoted $250. I would make sure anyone considering this company requests more quotes from other plumbers to make sure you don't get ripped off.

Today, Robert was able to remove and replace our old water heater within 2 hours. He has been our most trusted plumber since we moved into our home, 2 years ago. Last Christmas, they cleared our exterior drains with excellent results. The price has always been fair and their work, professional.

This rating covers three categories. First, but not foremost, he is a nice guy. Less positive is there are important aspects of the business he he should know, but does not, and he does not listen to the customer. In this instance, he was here in connection with a drain stoppage that was going to need a camera inspection. He started to open the clean out, I asked/told him to use a plastic trash bag, but he ignored me (I am unsure if he even recognized why)and opened the clean out, releasing a flood of stinky drain water in our garage, much of which was soaked up by cardboard boxes on the floor. Still stinks. Yuck! The camera inspection was OK, and he correctly located the area of the blockage (dirt in a corroded/holed drain pipe). His repair estimate seemed high, and between that and the stink we went with another plumber.

Second time I called Roberts for my plumbing needs and both times he was very polite, on time, and fair with this service. I got to chat with him on his first job and he is honest with his service. After I can tell he knew the industry and he knew his stuff.

He worked really hard and got the job done fairly quick. He left the place just as clean as it was when he got to my home. He has definitely earned a lifetime customer.

Picked Roberts Plumbing based on Yelp reviews. Got lucky and rolled a 7. Called Robert on a Sunday, discussed our sewer blockage problem at some length on a normal day off, and made an 8:30 appointment for following Monday morning. Robert and partner were both present before 8:30 equipped with everything needed. Told Robert everything I knew about our sewer line layout and my ideas about what the problem was. He patiently listened to everything and clearly explained his methods and recommended approach. Communication is a major strength. After 3 hours of prep, camera-work, hydro-jetting, and cleanup, problem was solved and turned out to be simpler than I had originally feared (based on how slow our drainage was). If you value experience, competence and honesty and don't like being sold a bill of unnecessary goods or services, I highly recommend Roberts Plumbing. Happily, I won't have to roll the dice anymore if and when future problems arise -- Robert is the guy.
