Robert has come out to help us with plumbing issues three times in the last three years or so, and every time he has been a complete pro. One visit was to trace a drain pipe with a camera, once to clean out a clogged main and once to jet out a drain.

All three times: He arrived when he said he would. He talked through the issue, asking questions to make sure he understood before diving in and opening up pipes -- and he listened to the answers. We've had other plumbers who didn't listen -- they already ""knew"" the problem before walking in the door. Robert listened, explained what he was going to do, then did it.

He quoted an hourly rate up front for each task, and he stuck to it -- no add-ons, no up-sells, no surprises. We're three-for-three when calling Robert's Plumbing, and while I hope we never need to call him again, I trust that if we do, he'll come through again.

With all the heavy rains this winter and after the years with very little, we discovered we had a clog in our exterior drains. I called a local plumber who, after snaking it, insisted the area that was flooding was not tied into the main drain and ended up making the problem worse. Someone suggested we try hydro jetting the lines so I googled it and Roberts was the first name that came up. He was swamped with many similar requests, I'm sure. But a few days later he came to the rescue and cleared the lines.
Robert is punctual, courteous and a genuinely nice guy, as was his assistant, Eric. But best of all, he does what he says he's going to do. Very much appreciate him and while I hope I don't have problems in the future, if I do, I'll call Robert!

i found robert today on yelp. my kitchen sink had a stoppage between the sink and the cleanout. the water trickled out. i looked up robert on yelp and he was at my house within an hour. he looked at my plumbing and said to fill the sink up with hot water. he opened up the cleanout and said to pull the plug. nothing happened at first but after about 45 seconds the water poured out. i couldn't believe it. robert is a nice guy, especially now for saving me money.. thanks robert :)

Robert was quick to pick up the phone, get to my house and fix what I thought was going to be a huge problem. I haven't worked with a more honest and skilled plumber! Prior plumbers have come in to only delay work because it's holiday season and quote me for work that didn't need to get done. Robert took it step by step and was clear about why his plan of attack would be. His experience proved correct and he was able to complete he job in a little over an hour. If you want a great plumber you found one!

I found Robert after having a company named ninja plumbing charge me to come out and assess the issue. After wasting almost $200 and not having my issue resolved or identified they left, but not before trying to charge me $1300 to resolve the ""problem"". I sent them home in disgust. I hate companies that try to rip other everyday hard working people off.

Robert came out, no charge, walked around my house one time and immediately had a solution. He was straight forward about what I needed and didn't need. He certainly told me hydrojetting my home so quick was a bad idea and that he could solve the problem by snaking from the roof. We agreed on a fair price and the following day he came on time and fixed the problem in about an hour. Honest and straight forward. I will definitely use him in the future.
