I've used Jeremy for several years now. Mostly for simple snaking clogged pipes. He's been terrific with his work. Always on time and very trustworthy. Never tries to recommend any work that is unnecessary and he also gives me terrific reasonable options when I ask about additional work. He has a great attitude and is very friendly to work with.

Do NOT hire this company, Jeremy Morgan is a horrible plumber and has horrible customer service!!!! I hired him to reconstruct my sewer main under my house and he screwed it all up. He damaged my residence and all of his work is substandard and is failing. I had to hire another firm to correct his mess. Once he knew he had screwed up he was impossible to get a hold of. He should not be licensed, his work is crap, and if you hire him you were warned.

Was recommended. I called this service for an estimate. One of the owners was the person who came to my home. He was not helpful. I asked if he could give me a bid to repair my plumbing. He said he'd prepare a bid and send out out to me. Well, he never prepared the bid and never called me back. If this is how he treats a prospective customer, then I don't want him as my plumber. The name doesn't fit the bad service I received.

I have to say Rob-N-Hood plumbing has the best customer service and excellent quality anyone could ask for. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I never felt like he was giving any BS like a lot of plumbing companies have been known to do. He helped fix a major plumbing problem and did everything possible to get us back with running water. Having a toddler in the house and no running water is a major stress factor and he made it a point to get the job done. Hands down this company is our go to for any plumbing needs!

Called Jeremy at Rob N Hood Plumbing around 4pm just before they were about to close. I had to have a plumber change out a faucet by the end of the day due to tenants busy schedule. I called several other plumbers and they were all booked. Jeremy took care of it within the hour at a phenomenal price, and landlord and tenant were blown away with the service. Good job guys and keep it up!

Jeremy was great. The first Plummer we called said that we would have to take down cabinets, take out tile to find and fix the leak. Jeremy not only fit us in right away, but also came back that evening to work on it. He found the problem and fixed the leak, and I still have my tile and cabinets. Great problem solver. This company is the best !!!! For both residential and commercial. Our residential tenant has used them numerous times and can not say enough good things !!! So when we had a backup at our business i called them and they were out in here in less than an hour and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes !!! Also going to get a quote to do some upgrades !!! Such amazing service! Jeremy installed our aqua sauna water filter for the entire house and did such a great job concealing the huge filters within already existing cabinets in the garage. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would totally recommend to friends!
