After multiple calls over two days and much confusion from other repair service companies, and Rheem customer service, I luckily found and called Jeremy at Rob-n-Hood. He finished another job and arrived in about an hour . He quickly diagnosed that the Rheem-Fury Water heater was leaking, ten years old.. He had a new one (not Rheem) delivered and 4 hours later we have hot water and at a price less than other plumbing companies quoted for a new water heater. Honest, reliable, fast and very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

I would give more stars if I could! By far the best plumber I have ever used! Jeremy was out yesterday to my mid century rental house with ""delicate"" plumbing for the second time in a couple years. On both occasions he was tenacious at locating and then resolving the issue, and he cleans up after. Jeremy goes above and beyond! Don't let his young looks fool you, this guy knows his stuff! Kelly who manages the phone is quite pleasant as well. She called to see if he could come early...that never happens! I'll be calling him for some issues at my own home and again when I am ready to do a complete remodel of the rental. THANK YOU JEREMY!!!

I wish I knew Jeremy existed when I bought my house eight years ago ... I probably would have saved quite a bit money on my remodeling and never would have gotten a bad impression on plumbers in general.

My husband has called on him for help on both our home and business and he's always prompt, courteous and fixes the issue real quick. He's very fair with his pricing and on a more recent case when I called him over to what I thought was a major leak at my parents' house? He was honest and told me that it was something else and not a plumbing leak issue and didn't charge me for the visit out. He even told me, he knew from just feeling the area that it wasn't a leak and clearly told me he didn't want to poke around and expose what could essentially be the problem. Super honest. I wish I could find an electrician as trusting.

Jeremy saved the day once again! He showed up today (earlier than the appointment time) and did the usual fast and clean job with a smile and a friendly attitude. This is the best plumber in the area, bar none. This company is popular and busy for a reason, so try not to wait until the last minute to call for help. Rob-N-Hood is worth the wait.

Today I ran into a road block trying to repair/replace a broken spigot on an exterior main water line of my residence. I called Rob-N-Hood Plumbing and after a quick explanation, a plumber was dispatched and in route to my residence. Within 10 minutes Jeremy arrived looked at what needed to be done, gave me a detailed explanation on the job and a fair estimate. I left to the bank to withdraw cash, returned, the job was completed, area cleaned and all my plumbing was operational and running perfect! I highly recommend Jeremy at Rob-N-Hood Plumbing and will be using their services again!

One of our kids flushed something down a toilet which clogged it. Jeremy came out and fixed the problem. It turns out it was a toothbrush which got stuck and was difficult to get out. Jeremy worked hard and got the toothbrush out! He also replaced the shut off valve as the previous one was not in good shape. Jeremy and Kelly are very friendly and helpful; their prices are fair too. If our kid clogs another toilet, we know who to call!

Jeremy has done several plumbing jobs for us and each time he has done an excellent job with competitive pricing. We have had a lot of issues with clogs, and are renovating our bathroom. He fixes the problem efficiently while also explaining the issue and offering solutions. He is very honest, professional and ethical, I never feel like I'm being ""up-sold"" like in the past with some shady plumbers. He is an all-around good guy and our 1st choice when we need a plumber.

Jeremy was very prompt and professional. His honesty and plumbing skills are both at a very high level. My issue was a gas leak at 2 out of three gas appliances. The gas had been shut off. I contacted Robin Hood plumbing and Jeremy drove right over the same day. He determined the fastest and least expensive way to identify and fix the leaks. The gas company confirmed there were zero leaks when they came back. Jeremy and Robin Hood are honest and hardworking plumbers. They demonstrate a very high ethical manner of business. Because of Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Robin Hood, including the very professional Kelly, I would use them again for a gas or water plumbing issue.
