Jeremy does an excellent job. 5 stars all the way. He re-piped our house including replacing the main line to the house a couple months and obviously needed to bring in additional plumbers to finish the job in a reasonable time. When a leak formed on the pipes the additional plumbers replaced, Jeremey was quick and professional to honor his guarantee and to fix the problem at no cost to us.

Jeremy replaced our old frozen water main valve with a ball valve and also suggested adding a water pressure regulator due to high pressure stressing our piping. I appreciated the good suggestion and reasonable pricing. Although it was a little challenging to find a time for the work to be done because he was very busy and some other jobs ran longer than expected, he didn't forget about us or fail to follow up to make sure our non-urgent job eventually got done.

Jeremy is amazing! He came over mainly to replace my garbage disposal but I had some problems with a few sinks too. He was super quick and very informative about all the issues. I had a drain that had been slow since I moved in...instead of just snaking it he took the time to find out what was causing the issue (disgusting pic attached). I'm so thankful that's not in my drain anymore! Jeremy was very straightforward, helpful and affordable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing concerns.

I had an emergency plumbing issue when a contractor left my home after doing our kitchen and bathroom countertops demo. Our water lines under the sinks were old and apparently not able to be shut off completely. The contractor did not tell us and just left my home with water running in unsecured, broken, crimped lines...... It could have been a disaster but fortunately Rob-N-Hood Plumbing responded quickly to my call and came right out ( 7:30pm) to fix 4 valves. The owner is fantastic! He is definitely our #1 go to plumber. Thanks so much for caring and helping us out.

Only Plummer I use! I've had to call Jeremy for 4 different issues on my rental property in the last month and he has been fantastic and extremely fair on pricing. Each time he went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that there would not need to be anymore service for that issue and backed it with a warranty. Thank Goodness for Rob-n-Hood Plumbing! Jeremy saved me from so much Trouble I got myself into with another local plumbing company I used only because I panicked in an emergency! Quick story, I had a tenant in Huntington Beach who's shower knob had basically broke (no torc) to turn off shower, so the shower was running for 3 hours, called a lot of local plumbers near by to get out there and stop the water and fix the issue ASAP, I contacted Rob-N-Hood plumbing to see how fast they can get out there and another local company, rob responded and asked for a picture and what was going on, I sent it to him and I was then contacted by another company that could be out in 30 mins understandably Jeremy was on another job and was willing to help but rather than wait I panicked and went with the rip off company. Long story short Jeremy warmed me to be careful and gave me some honest tips about my situation, the rip off company I used tried to claim the valve was already leaking especially after replacing a cartridge and tried to get $900 off of me for on top of the $272 that was paid. I explained everything to Jeremy over the phone and he was very thorough and honest and was more than willing to help me in my situation. He explained everything, no holds bar! He definitely knows what he's doing and corrected the shot job the other plumber made! He really didn't have to come out after work hours to help me out, but he did! I've never come across such an honest and helpful plumber! He evidently cares about his customers and has strong moral value. I'm amazed at the service he has given me! I very much appreciate all of his concern and help through all of this. Jeremy is a stand up guy! Rob-N-Hood plumbing definitely stands up to its name and has gained a new customer as well as my referral to my friends and family! Thank You so very much!
