Jeremy is the best. I now needed two toilets replaced and 3 fixtures replaced. Jeremy came out and surveyed the work and provided me a very reasonable quote. He is a perfectionist. He had to make a few adjustments to get the jobs done and didn't charge me for the extra materials.

I had the distinct pleasure of recently meeting Jeremy Morgan the owner and his amazing Office Manager Kelly. I found that my hot water heater was 25 years old and definitely in need of replacement. All I had to do was take pictures of my old heater and the hookups and text them over. Kelly came to my house the next day to get a small deposit check and within 3 days I was all set for another 25 years and never had to leave my house. While making the switch, thank God, Jeremy noticed my noses and metal connections to my washer were badly corroded and leaking. He pulled the washer away from the wall and alerted me to damaged drywall and black mold. The connections had been leaking for a long time and were about ready to fail completely and I wouldn't even have noticed. He changed out the hoses and connections on the spot and even arranged for a dry wall mitigation team who removed the contaminated drywall. They waited a few days and returned and replaced the drywall for me. While he was working in my garage, Jeremy also talked to a widow in my neighborhood who now has to sell her house and money is a huge concern. She was getting frantic that she was going to have to also buy a new heater or suffer damage. Jeremy took the time to go to her house and inspect her old heater. He assured her she was in no damage and that there was life left in the heater for a few years. Now THAT is the height of customer service!! Being a widow myself, I know what it's like to have handymen or repair people swoop in when they realize my circumstances and want to sell me the farm or charge appreciably higher fees. I now have a plumber and FRIEND who I can go to when I'm in need and know I'm in great hands!!!!!

This is by far the best plumber in town! He is super honest and loyal. He gets the job done and always keeps it professional. I feel very comfortable talking to him and having him in my house. This guy knows his stuff, I highly recommend!

Unfortunately another plumbing issue necessitated calling Rob N Hood. My 18 year old water heater died, RIP. Called and left a VM, I received a prompt call back. Formal written quote was emailed to me with options to supply my own hot water heater or purchase from them. Jeremy was on time and the Install was completed promptly - per original estimated price. Having an old house kind of sucks since things seem to constantly need repair, but having an honest company you can trust makes things like this a lot less stressful, time for a hot shower :)

Sometimes I'm skeptical of 5 Star reviews. In this case, it's exactly what is deserved. Had an excellent experience, albeit I just had a stopped up (slow) drain. You never know what's going to happen and minor things will get turned into $1000s in repairs by a dishonest company.

Jeremy was wonderful. Took care of business quickly, but didn't rush. Explained things to me in detail. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Honest, affordable, clean and on time.

I hope I don't need plumbing services anytime soon, but if I do - there's no question who I would call or refer friends and family to. Thank you!!

Jeremy took the time to thoroughly snake the plumbing for a shower's floor drain. He showed up on time. At first, the snake went up the vent pipe, but he kept trying different approaches until he found one that worked. Also, he help clean up and seal all the drains/access points he touched. He did not seem to mind the 2 1/2 year old observing his efforts.

Was very professional,his communication coordination and quality were of the highest level I have seen in years. My issue was a tree planted over 50 years ago on city property on top of the water main that goes to my house was leaking cause the Roots had damaged them. I called Rob n hood plumbing and Jeremy the owner came right out,we had to coordinate the removal of the tree with the city ,during that time Jeremy was in contact with me constantly,he told. Me once the tree is out let him know.I did and he came right over at 4pm worked till it was repaired so I had water by that same afternoon, his major concern was for me to not be without water,he is the best I was extremely pleased with his high ethical value's, his high level of Quiality,and his very fair costs, Thank you very much Jeremy,your the best

Jeremy was so nice , thorough and honest ! My issue was more than plumbing itself so it wasn't fix the first day. He took his time to explain to the issue in great detail and helped me figure out ways to save money and not jump to conclusions and do the job twice !
