Just had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy at RobnHood plumbing and can't recommend strongly enough his company. It was worth the wait, I had a leaking pipe coming out of the house in my backyard creating quite the pool of water and could see it wasn't irrigation but the actual metal pipe. I wanted to get it fixed right away and called several plumbers only 2 could get out the same day and then Rob n Hood stated they were busy but willing to have me text pictures of the problem and gave me a quote. I don't know if this is there standard procedure but I appreciated it and that coupled with the lowest price made me willing to wait till the next day for service. I am so glad I did as Jeremy arrived within the hour window with a call ahead about 10 min before arrival which was nice. The work was completed at the price quoted which was based all on pictures and Jeremy took lots of time explaining what/why/ and how and answered all my ?'s. Lastly when you use Jeremy ask him about his story on why he started his own company it meant a lot to my wife and I.

Overall, a great company. Jeremey, who I think may be the owner, SERIOUSLY knows his stuff. By far the most knowledgeable plumber I've ever encountered. He came out a few times at my (now former) residence, for pretty simple issues, and still investigated thoroughly to make sure nothing bigger was going on.

I later had him out for a second opinion at a different residence, on a much more complicated issue, which he confirmed, and knew much more about than the plumber my landlord brought out. If I had the money to pay out of pocket for a catastrophic issue, Jeremey probably could have fixed it. Since I had to have the landlord use his guy, if I didn't want to pay deeply out of pocket, the problem was never truly resolved.

I only deduct 1 star, because I did call back with follow up questions, and no one ever got back to me on that, and I called again asking for detailed paperwork on the second opinion assessment (to show landlord etc) and never got that paperwork, or a return call, even after giving them the few weeks they said they needed to do so.

Still, when Jeremey is out at your residence, he is friendly, professional & very knowledgable. For the first few routine problems he came out for, he was very fairly priced. I only know it would have been expensive if I'd used him for that last issue because it was a complex, complicated, not very typical problem.

Jeremy at rob n hood plumbing has been to my house in long beach now several times. First job was a new water heater install, second was for a new sink and faucet in the rear master bathroom, and just recently I was having an overflow problem coming from my drain line in the laundry area. He has handled all my plumbing problems so far in this old house (built in 1951) with such grace! He has been on time, very friendly, and honest on all my needs, and I highly recommend anyone having any plumbing problems to give a call !

Rob-n-Hood plumbing is the only plumbing company that we call now. Jeremy came out quickly for one issue and within a week took care of three problems we had been stalling to have fixed. He is knowledgeable, courteous, affordable and very professional. Clean too! He took the time to solve each problem. It didn't seem like he was hurrying through a job to make the next appointment. And Kelli was great on the phone handling my requests. I highly recommend Rob-n-Hood plumbing.

We had an issue with a blocked main drain on the Saturday morning of Thanks Giving weekend. We found Rob-n-Hood on Yelp, Jeremy's receptionist answered immediately and he came out that afternoon inside the promised time window. Our blockage was uncommonly stubborn, and Jeremy kept at it until dark, but did not solve the problem. He returned on Sunday morning with a different snake and a slightly different approach and found the solution we needed. He was tenacious and creative in solving the problem. He was articulate and honest in his dealings, and the price was very reasonable given the amount of time it took him to solve the issue. We highly recommend this company and will definitely call Rob-n-Hood again if we need a plumber.

Called for a thermo coupler issue for my 3 year GE gas water heater. Jeremy came out within an hour! Fixed the issue within 30 minutes and now we have hot water again. He is very courteous and professional. I hope his business thrives and the quality of work and customer service stays the same. I will have him check for sprinkler leaks in the near future. Highly recommended!

Jeremy came out today. By far the most patient and well spoken plumber I've ever had. Is this his side job? He was very professional, spoke extremely knowledgeable, and had to deal with 2 difficult homeowners that asked him to snake it twice. While I personally thought 1 time was fine he went ahead and did it twice to satisfied their concerns. He even remembered to take off his shoes! I'm fully satisfied with his work and highly recommend this company! Kudos!
