Having a new washing machine delivered , I called Richard to put in a new pan under the washer. He came out immediately and did a great job. While he was here had him check out our heating and air conditioning units. He checked them and explained how important it is to keep the filters change every month so the units will keep trouble free. We also hired him for our rental properties. Already used him this last summer on air conditioning unit. Did an excellent job and came out in 25 minutes. He's knows his stuff, and a honest person.

Our Whirlpool water heater was having problems and still under warranty. Two months we had another plumbing company come out drain and Service and charge $65.00 . Went out again and called whirlpool and they sent me a new gas valve so naturally we called the same company and they quoted me $500. To install it which we said no . Went on home advisor had two responses, first $250 and his was $150 which re agreed to . He showed on time and did work cleaned up . Can't ask for anything more than that

Wish I'd found this guy years ago....Wow...there are still honest service providers out there. RNG- Richard Griffin is one of them. Not only did he come out on a Sunday without charging overtime premium, he fixed my AC problem in short order and gave me some valuable tips for keeping new problems from developing in the future. Richard Griffin is amazing!! We made several calls and no one could come to our home until next week over a 100+ degree weekend for a non-working air conditioner unit. Not only did he come same day, he was able to accurately diagnose the problem and have the parts on hand to fix our upstairs unit.

Richard was a life saver (literally)!! We got home from work on the hottest day of the year to find our AC unit not working. We made a few calls and nobody could get to us. We called him and he was finishing a job not too far and told us he would be over within the hour. While we were waiting I checked his yelps and figured he had a few great reviews so lets hope for the best. 50 minutes later.. DING DONG..He got right to work and figured out was wrong. He had the parts in his van to fix our unit YEAH!!!
With a very reasonable rate on the labor and parts which he could have really stuck it to us with the position we were in. Great attitude and very knowledgeable he gave me great advise on how to make sure this doesn't happen again and ways to save money on our electric bill. I will tell everyone I know to call Richard and I won't use anyone else for plumbing, heating or AC fixes.
