Richard is the man. We had a Main Drain issue in our Mobile Home. Richard showed up when he said he would, Had what he needed to get the job done, charged what he said he would (very fair), Had us Flushing in no time. Highly recommend RNG. I will have to keep him in mind when I need AC repairs as well.

Richard is reliable, trustworthy and professional who is expert on his field as evidenced by his clean and outstanding work in plumbing. This is the second time we used his services. He serviced our rental property and this past week he replaced broken water heater in our main home and did extra work to relocate the bathroom drains so we can widen the new walk-in shower space. This thing was filled with water! Richard came over and went right to work. He had some good cologne too. Haha good guy, can't believe how hard he works to handle that pesky stoppage. A couple of flushes later (mainline issue) the tub water went down and all was restored in the royal palace! Please consider this guy if you have an issue he will make sure things are done the first time and even give a follow up if there are any issue that may arise. He's the Man!!!!

He sat in traffic to come down here and get dirty, not all heroes wear capes. lol

Having a new washing machine delivered , I called Richard to put in a new pan under the washer. He came out immediately and did a great job. While he was here had him check out our heating and air conditioning units. He checked them and explained how important it is to keep the filters change every month so the units will keep trouble free. We also hired him for our rental properties. Already used him this last summer on air conditioning unit. Did an excellent job and came out in 25 minutes. He's knows his stuff, and a honest person.

Our Whirlpool water heater was having problems and still under warranty. Two months we had another plumbing company come out drain and Service and charge $65.00 . Went out again and called whirlpool and they sent me a new gas valve so naturally we called the same company and they quoted me $500. To install it which we said no . Went on home advisor had two responses, first $250 and his was $150 which re agreed to . He showed on time and did work cleaned up . Can't ask for anything more than that

Wish I'd found this guy years ago....Wow...there are still honest service providers out there. RNG- Richard Griffin is one of them. Not only did he come out on a Sunday without charging overtime premium, he fixed my AC problem in short order and gave me some valuable tips for keeping new problems from developing in the future.
