We are fairly new to Huntington Beach and did not know who to contact to look at our furnace. Luckily, we saw an RK Plumbing Heating & AC truck parked in our community so we wrote down the number and called. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Rick! The Saturday before Easter and I noticed a lot of water on my kitchen floor. I called several companies but no one was available until Tuesday. I called RK and he told me he would be here in 45 minutes and he was. He inspected the sink and found that the pipe had cracked. This is a 60 year old house and things are beginning to go wrong unfortunately. Rick did a great job and wasn't bothered by the cats who kept ""inspecting"" his work. He was very personable and I'm very happy. I also asked him about some other work and he was very informative. He's now in my contacts for the next emergency.

Rick has been our plumbing, air and heating person for years. I just recently had to have a lot of extensive work done on my house and Rick and Anthony were amazing. Rick was honest, forthright, and gave me a fair price. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. One of the jobs that had to be done needed to be done by a company that he contracts. Rick paid so much attention to detail that he came out the next morning to make sure that everything was working correctly. I'll start off by saying I'm very apprehensive when selecting a new provider of any service, especially because there's that what if I'm going to get ripped off mixed with shoddy work factor. From the very beginning to the end of today's service I felt comfortable with Rick and his coworker through the whole process, and was very happy with the end result. Rick was very informative over the phone prior to us scheduling an appointment, as well as during the whole process. Rick and another employee were able to come out the next day after my call to take care of a leak underneath my bathroom sink, assess other issues we have going on, provide quotes and list in order what should be handled next to prevent these issues from getting worse and more costly. I was given selections to choose from with cost amount shown. There were small little details he did that show how much care he provides to customers. The price to start off with was pretty good, and cosidering the knowledge, results and over all experince it was well worth it. I'll definitely be using his services again!
