Rick did a great job with our apartment new HVAC system and ducting installalation after being recomended to us by our neighbor. From first contact, to inspection, to quote, to installation, and permit sign off things ran smoothly, quickly, and communicate was easy (whether it was e-mail, text, or via a phone call). Rick took time to explain things to us up front over the phone, provided a few options, and took time to explain things post installation. From signing the agreement to final permit sign off took ~2.5 weeks (which seemed very fast). I'd definately recommend him.

We had Rick swap out our natural gas water heater and convert to a hybrid electric heat pump water heater. Communicating with Rick to get the process started was very easy. Although he was on vacation when I first contacted him, he quickly followed up upon his return. Two other local companies that came out to do a site visit before him ended up never sending their proposals despite repeated contacts. Rick sent his proposal within two days and even had a very solid electrician referral to get the proper electrical connections set up and a potential main panel upgrade. He competed the install of a Rheem Platinum Proterra water heater in less than a day with a team member and was nothing but professional. The inspectors were impressed with his work. Rick is very friendly and knows his trade. He is up-to-date on more modern technologies for HVAC/plumbing like heat pumps and is happy to chat and explain the options. Give him a call!

I suddenly found water in my garage, although I had not used my washing machine for at least a week. What could possibly be causing it? I needed a new water heater. Rick came right away with his colleague, and within an astonishingly short period of time I had a new water heater installed, ready to go, with all new connections--and Rick even swept up the water from my garage floor! This man is a real treasure.

Rick is incredible! I cannot highly recommend him enough. He was punctual, professional and had a kind demeanor.
I appreciated that he wore a mask the entire time. He was extremely diligent with a complex job of fixing a 30 year old A/C unit and a lot of interconnected factors that popped up due to the age of the unit. He worked full out from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Rick's knowledge and candor are superb! I am a renter and Rick contacted the landlord himself to sort things out rather than placing me in the middle. He even spoke with the HOA to ensure the job was completed correctly with all the right information. Rick had all the solutions and was incredibly knowledgeable and scientific in his work.

Rick is knowledgeable and honest! My wall heater wasn't working and he was able to quickly diagnosis the problem. It was from my recent roof installation. He was kind enough to go on my roof in the rain to check the connection of the vent. He was also kind enough to speak with my roofer to let him know what the issue was. I now have heat again :)
