Rick is knowledgeable and honest! My wall heater wasn't working and he was able to quickly diagnosis the problem. It was from my recent roof installation. He was kind enough to go on my roof in the rain to check the connection of the vent. He was also kind enough to speak with my roofer to let him know what the issue was. I now have heat again :)

Rick was very professional and punctual. He was actually going to arrive to my house early, and he called to inform me of the new ETA. Upon arrival, he greeted me and gave me his card, then asked me again what was wrong with my AC system. I explained it wasn't cooling as effectively had been, and I had recently changed the air filter.

Rick immediately went to the outside compressor and began to diagnose the problem with his specialized equipment. He explained each step of the diagnostic, and what each step meant to the performance of the machine. I don't think many customers will ask these questions, but since I did he answered them without hesitation. After all was said and done, he had recharged the refrigerant, and cleaned the compressor coils and we have a very cold AC system again.

I have had Rick do some work for me in the past and he did great work and was very honest. I recently hired him to install Forced Air and Central Air. His quote was very, very fair and, although it took me a year to hire him after his initial quote, the price was virtually the same. I have had him do some other jobs at a place I am moving to. Rick has had several opportunities to sell me services I don't really need, since I know nothing about plumbing. He actually told me it would be cheaper to upgrade the electrical for a new dryer, than to add a gas line for one, talking himself out of a good sized job. That kind of honesty is hard to find.

I totally trust Rick and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to friends.
