Bob did a fine job for me. He informed me that my Moen kitchen faucet was guaranteed for life and told me how get the parts I needed from Moen free of charge.
His rates are fair and the quality of his work is perfect.
I will have more work for him in the future.

I called Bob to get an estimate for a water hammer sound and a slow draining tub. I received a call back within short order and was shocked when he said he was finishing a job and could come by within the hour. He took the time to explain my situation and check my water pressure to verify my regulator was working properly. While checking the water pressure he found a small leak in the outside water bib that we were unaware of and repaired it. He offered guidance for a path forward and even offered to take a call from my husband if he had any additional questions.

Bob was professional from start to finish. And I will definitely phone him the next time I have a plumbing problem in my home.

My water heater broke on a Saturday night. Robert took the time to FaceTime with me so he could assess the situation. He came out after 8pm on a Saturday to remove the old water heater to ensure there would be no more damage. He showed up bright and early Monday morning to install the new heater. He was careful, neat and patient as he explained everything and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call on him with any plumbing issues.

After realizing I had no hot water in one shower when I was caregiving for my older sister who was handicapped and unable to climb stairs, I called my usual plumber that I had used in the past. He was at my door literally an hour later and determined the problem and went above and beyond to get the parts needed to correct the problem. My husband was in the midst of a job at home and needed a plumber to solve a problem he was having. He called a couple larger companies first...I am sure you have seen their commercials on TV. We are so glad that they were not available to come! He called RJB Plumbing and spoke to Robert (Bob) the owner and he was at our house within an hour-impressive on any day but this was a Sunday afternoon! He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it for us. He also gave us advice on another plumbing job we will have him back to do. He was knowledgeable, thorough, clean, and his prices were very reasonable. We have lived in San Marcos for 4 years now and we are relieved to know that RJB is now ""our plumber"". I contacted Bob after trying to get in touch with the usual plumber we use and not getting a response. I then tried another one that was recommended by a neighbor. Again, no response. I checked on Yelp and saw RJB Plumbing and the reviews. I got an immediate response asking what our issue was, and he was out the next day! He replaced all three toilets in our house in about 3 hours, and did an amazing job. Although my husband did most of the interacting, he said Bob walked him through everything he was doing, and educated him on things previously unknown. He also fixed our water main and adjusted the water pressure which was too high.

Overall, very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not to mention that we feel the value for 3 brand new toilets and labor was more than reasonable. Bob will no doubt be our go to guy for all our future needs!

I am so pleased with the service from RJB plumbing! I had a leak through the wall into the garage at my rental property, and Bob was able to get in the wall, figure it out and fix it pretty quickly, and for a reasonable price. He also replaced hose bibs, toilet rings and shower faucets and fixtures at two of my properties. Not only is he quick and thorough with the simple stuff, but he also really knows his stuff when it comes to more difficult tasks. Besides the ""leak of unknown source"" in the wall, one of the shower fixtures was problematic due to a broken piece from shoddy work by a prior plumber, and from calcification build up. I was lucky to have a good plumber like Bob handle it and make it right. I've dealt with plumbers for years at rental properties, and he's the best I've seen. He owns the company, so you deal directly with him. He's on time, gives good estimates, keeps you updated every step of the way, and really cares about the work. Besides all that, he's a really nice guy! Just call him. You will not be disappointed!

My husband tried to change the cartridge in our shower since we had been experiencing a leak. Needless to say it didn't go as planned and a piece broke off. Thankfully we called Bob at RJB Plumbing and he was able to come out in less than 30 minutes. He was hardworking, friendly and went to work fixing and replacing what my husband broke. I had a myriad of questions and he was very patient and kind answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Bob at RJB plumbing. He will get the job done in a timely manner and at a great price!!

Just want to tell people to make sure you get 3 or 4 quotes. All plumbers are not the same! I had a situation were the tank was under the 12 year warranty and had to be taken to Home Depot for exchange. Most plumbers did not to bother and doubled the labor cost as did RJB Plumbing. The company I used took out the old tank, returned to Home Depot (for full value), had new tank and materials and out in 15 minutes! They then install it professionally and up to code for over just a little over $600. Be sure to get QUOTES!
