What a GREAT human!! After thinking we were going to have to go without heat or a hot shower on a cold winter night RJB saved us!! I was hoping to find a plumber to come out the next morning and he got on FaceTime and helped us right away! We will certainly be using him for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

Bob recently installed a water heater in our house along with replacing valves. He gave us a very fair quote. He was able to get everything all done. After installing the water heater, he explained how things worked and what to do in an emergency. We plan on having other things done and will be going with Bob in the future. RJB Plumbing was called to repair a problem with a shower valve. Robert (owner)came out the same day to replace the valve. Robert discovered the water pressure regulator was not working correctly and the water pressure was much too high. He suggested the water shut off should also be replaced. Robert fixed all three problems easily and I was very happy with his work. The rate charged for the three repairs was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call RJB Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing job and I'm a happy customer! Our water heater broke and first thing I did was to go to yelp to find someone to fix it. We never had plumbing issues until this incident so a plumber is not on our phone books.

I saw the reliable reviews from RJB plumbing among others. But what stood out was that Bob was the business owner who directly responded and came out to look at the issue. I'd rather have to deal with one person all the way through than a receptionist who sends a random plumber to my house.The other thing is he's open 24/7 and he said I could call him whenever if there's an emergency! That's really reassuring! Also he's in San Marcos, close to where I live.

As for his service, he was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He responds quickly on Yelp and via text. He came in a very short time to provide us a free estimate and arrived on time the next morning for the heater replacement. He swept the floor, cleaned the area, installed the tank securely, stored away the warranty documents neatly, wore shoe covers in the house - professional! I felt safe to leave him do his own thing, and not having to watch over him. He also charged a very reasonable price. I also wanted to replace the whole shower and arm and he went to Home Depot right away to get it done for me after the heater was finished.

We're very very happy with his work and professionalism. Highly recommended!
