I was lost at home depot, with no clue what to look for. I asked an employee if he could help! He was even more lost then me lol the employee turned and saw Mr. Sang asked if he could help! I didn't know who he was till he said " i'm a plumber " i like to try and do things my self at times, but this shower situation had me going crazy... my last resort was to try and buy a part from home depot, Mr. Sang is very knowledgeable, professional, humble and honest. He guided me in the right path to purchase my part without even knowing me.
