I've lived in homes with hard water before. But none were as bad as my current home.

Sang installed a carbon filter and water softener system. The water is soft. I've got suds. No more drainage problems from build-up. Clothes are cleaner. Dishwasher doesn't have scale building up anymore.

Sang was really knowledgeable. I had done some research about the water issues I had. And I had concerns about various methods. Not only did he know about all the issues I looked up, but he also explained which were a concern in my area and what measures are available for each.

He took the time to give me the pros and cons of various systems, and why he'd recommend this combination for my circumstances.

Then he quoted me a fantastic price. I was sold.

Great experience overall. He's got a customer for life.

There are times in life when you come upon a company that truly values the customer experience, and Mr Sang of River Trinity Plumbing went above & beyond. I saw the reviews and decided to give him a call. I had, potentially, two issues- he answered the phone, but immediately explained he was involved in a very stressful family situation with his father's health. But, he listened and told me what he could have his tech, Stefan, do or what I might have to have someone else do. The more urgent one my septic company could take care of fairly easily, but the other one really did not need immediate attention, but he asked for pictures and what was needed. Within a day, he gave me a fair and reasonable quote, then had Stefan out here to address my problem. When it turned out to not be as difficult as expected, he discounted his quote!!! All this while traveling to take care of his father and family. He is on my list as an A+ and must call when needing help with plumbing services, which I do have a couple of other needs! Trust is a big thing when it comes to customer service, and he has earned my trust! Thank you, Mr Sang!

If you need an excellent, reasonable plumber, Sang is your man. Don't bother with the big overpriced corporate plumbers. Sang takes GREAT PRIDE in doing a quality job, with quality materials.

He came out to quote a water heater job, the same day and did everything he promised, plus included upgraded materials above what the big companies were going to use. He also corrected all the mistakes the "certified installers" our Home Warranty (Cinch/Total Protect) sent to install the old water heater 7 years ago (cancelled that plan)!

It was refreshing to find a repairman these days, who takes pride in his work as much as Sang demonstrated while replacing our water heater. They took care to cover all floors and clean up all debris when they finished.

This is the guy you need to fix all your plumbing needs!

After a heavy rain I noticed a leak coming from attic/roof which damaged my sheet rock. I hired this company to find the source of the leak, repair it and replace my damaged sheet rock. The owner Mr. Sang told me that he found the source of the leak, repaired it, then replaced the damaged sheet rock. All was good until the next heavy rain, then the leak resurfaced and damage my sheet rock in the same exact location. Mr. Sang came over and did another inspection and said the leak is coming from a different source on the roof. If this is true, then the first repair was in the wrong location. He repaired the roof in the 2nd location under warranty but did not repair the damaged sheet rock again. He will not answer my calls or return my text.

Referred to Mr. Sang by a contractor. Each communication attempt I made on the following chain of events occurred a week or more apart:

1. Was able to reach him on the phone. Described the issues (nothing complicated) that I was hoping he could address. He instructed me that he was busy but that his schedule was opening up some, and to go the web page and fill out my vitals. I did so.
2. Eventually received an email response that he prefers to use his cell phone. I honored his request and tried the phone, texting him. No response.
3. I doubled back to the website and re-entered a second message on the site's messaging page...to get back to me when he could to schedule a time. No response.
4. I called and could not get an answer so I texted again. No response.

Disappointed. Was looking forward to doing business with him.

03/21/2021. Highly recommend Mr. Sang from River Trinity Plumbing. I've never written a review more deserving of a 5-star rating! I'd gladly give higher than a 5 star if possible!

Our shower stand had a broken copper pipe (inside & behind the shower wall slab) that resulted in turning off all our water supply in the home. We had been without water for 10 days, but unfortunately, this occurred around the time of the winter storm that devastated Houston area, so most plumbers were all booked. We consulted with at least half a dozen plumbing companies and they all were too busy to fix our issue. Several plumbers promised to swing by but never showed up, saying they're caught up with other jobs.

After some correspondence with Mr. Sang and sending him pictures of the damage, he provided a prelim diagnosis and said he'd come by for a visit and quote. True to his words, he actually showed up after 9pm on a Sunday, looked at the issue, actually started to worked on it, and gave us running water an hour later! It was unbelievable and we're extremely grateful.

Mr Sang was highly professional, diligent, and expressed genuine concern for our wellbeing. Mr Sang was ethical, transparent, and extremely fair in his pricing for the work. We recommend Mr Sang and will certainly seek his services for all future plumbing-related work. Thank you, Anh Sang! You're a lifesaver!!

Superb service. Mr.Sang looked at multiple options to resolve my plumbing problem. He asked to try everything possible before doing any cuts or opening any pipes.

Even when nothing worked, he took a very conservative approach before cutting into the pipes. His approach took twice as long than what he estimated and a lot more equipment.

He spent lot of time making sure all the pipes were clear and seals were completely closed before wrapping up the job.

Another problem popped up with my fridge days later. He walked me through different options to try and was able to resolve the problem without coming by and at NO CHARGE.

Definitely will reuse and highly recommend.

I had Sang out to my home to take a look at my master jacuzzi that was leaking into my master closet. It was near impossible to find the leak but he had a camera that could get to the drain and confirm our suspension. Sang was able to get the drain fixed very quickly and cleanly.
