We had a leak in our front yard, so we called and as promised a plummer came out quickly. He explained the leak He made a minor repair to stop the leak. As promised He came out the next day with a full crew to do the repairs, . He gave us a quote and we agreed, However He refused to put the pipes underground so right now we have copper piping exposed in our
front yard. We made the payment as agreed upon The head plumber said he had messed up the work order or invoice and would bring us a new one along with our reciept for our credit card payment the next day. He did not keep his promise and I called the office over a two week period, with no response, Until yesterday I finally talked to the Office manager who then E-mailed me the documents. I feel that they ignored our concerns and we needed the leak repaired and they dd repair it but now we are vunerable to copper theft . Plus their response to customer complaints is lacking

Amazing service! This team of technicians know what they're doing AND they do it with efficiency. They worked with us throughout an unexpected ordeal (Hey, doesn't it seem that ALL plumbing issues are unexpected :)

My mom's kitchen had a gas leak in the middle of the night, and the gas company had to come shut off the gas. That morning, Sebastian and his team showed up and began replacing the pipes under the house that were leaking. They worked all day and the following day, and the gas company came and approved the house to turn the gas back on. Sebastian was very patient with my 91-year-old mom and me, and made the house safe again.

There are other things going on with the old house, and Sebastian came right away to replace the basement pump (which we really need with all of the recent rain), kitchen faucet and hot water heater. He's quick and his work is great. The last month has been a whirlwind and Sebastian helped us through it. I highly recommend Sebastian.

I am glad I called Ritz plumbing, I called in at 3:45 today. The representative who took my call addressed my needs and assured me it would be taken care of today. Within an hour Ismael and Ulysses were at my home. They diagnosed what needed to be done and got right to it.

On September 30, 2022 I had a sewer backup, I contacted Ritz Plumbing Joseph and crew came and gave me a quote for $750 to Hydrojet the sewer line which I felt was overprized but because of the backup I allowed the job to be done. First thing I noticed was that there were mechanical problems with the Hydrojetting equipment they spent more time trying to get the Hydrojet to work than fixing the problem. They were able to run water from a garden hose and said the clogged line was cleared. The Sewer line again backedup that evening. I contacted Frassica Plumbing on October 1, 2022 They came out and ran a snake through the sewer line and pulled out a lot of roots and also told me that Ritz plumbings Hydrojetting did not work and should not have allowed the amount of roots to be retrieved, and they overcharged for the Hydrojetting. Please do not use the company they rip you off and take advantage of you.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks. Called them out to check out a water leak in my garage. I was told it would be $100 to find the leak and they said we would have to give them a credit card over the phone to confirm appointment... that should have been the 1st warning sign! Once they found the leak we were quoted $3300 to fix it. My husband told them no thanks and they reduced the price a few times until they got down to $1500. My husband still said no and they left. Later that day my husband's card was charged $1000... for finding the leak which was originally supposed to be $100. They would not refund us the $900 because we were told the plumber had to cover our car in the garage with a tarp even though we told them they didn't need to. We tried to dispute with our credit card company but they did not take the charge off. Another plumber came out to fix our leak which was an easy fix and cost us $150 to repair. Please call another plumber and do not hire these guys!
