Great service and excellent customer service. We had a main line burst at 8 pm. We called Ritz and they were at the site within 30 minutes! They stoped the leak right away and the next day replaced the pipes for us. They went above and beyond to get our water restored. They are true professionals and highly recommended.

We always had a problem with our kitchen faucet. It was leaking under the sink. I called this company and they responded very quickly. I liked their service. Very professional. Gilbert R did a very good job installing a new faucet. He replaced the pipe that was damaged. I appreciate the service. Now I have someone to trust if I have any problems regarding plumbing.

Called to get a quote on a seismic gas valve shut off, because I wasn't sure I had one. Technician came and looked everything and quoted me 2300$ for the job (!!!). Not only this is ridiculous, but another (honest) plumber told me I already had one, higher end, and didn't need to change a thing. Turns out he was right and everything passed inspection. This technician also told me I had to replace a whole faucet instead of only the cartridge for another issue. Wrong again, fixed for 10$ myself. I wouldn't trust them with your plumbing needs if that's how they do business. Look elsewhere.

I called to have my garbage disposal fixed. They were able to send a person the next day. Most companies would not have tried to fix it because it is a complicated system however it was my lucky day . Hercules thank you so much for putting in the extra effort and finding the problem and repairing it in record time. Thank you for your patience and kindness. I would highly recommend this company . They didn't tell me that they had bought out the plumber (Pink Plumbing) that I actually called. I didn't find out until they showed up with a different truck. On 1st visit, they broke the shower faucet to where it would not shut off properly. I finally got it shut off. On 2nd visit, tech said it needed a part replaced but they would only charge me for parts. He said he would get the part and come back 2 days later. Office called to confirm the appointment. After he left, I found out he left the water leaking in the shower really bad. Morning of the follow-up appointment they call to reschedule because they are overbooked. I said ""No, because the water is leaking"". They call back and tell me that the replacement part would cost $900 to $1200 for just the part!!! I tell them I want to get another estimate but that I wanted them to come out and shut off the water they left running. They tell me they will charge me $120 for that!!! RUN!!!! FOLLOW-UP: Found another plumber who came out TODAY, total cost for parts and labor was $315 and he had the part on his truck. That's how a plumbing business should be run.

Our daughter's toilet wasn't flushing. We called Ritz plumbing in the morning and was told someone would come out to the house between 1p-3p. We got a call letting us know that Ray would be at the house shortly. He arrived a little before 1p. I really appreciated the heads up phone call and the prompt arrival. Ray assessed the situation and fixed the toilet in no time. He gave me suggestions on what to tell our landlord to avoid this issue in the future. Ray was friendly and very resourceful and I would highly recommend Ritz plumbing in the future!

Nice work by Gavin and Train from Ritz Westwood .

Had a Hose bib that protrudes from an outside wall of our old house.
It got hit and broke the joint inside the wall. It was leaking a lot so had to shut main off. I didn't want to be without water even for a night so I started making calls.

Ritz responded quickly while most others left me on hold.

They sent me two very nice , experienced gentlemen ""Gavin and Train""
who quickly had the wall open and the broken copper supply pipe capped for the evening . Next day Gavin came to finish the job and made a really nice looking repair.

Very nice work including the gals coordinating the job.
I'm almost glad it happened cause I made a good connection
that I'm sure I will access again as our old house slowly crumbles.
