I had an emergency plumbing situation this morning, and called Ritz plumbing. The receptionist, Lizbeth was kind and accommodating and dispatched a plumber out immediately. Our plumber Ulysses was professional and efficient. He came right in, was kind, practiced social distancing, wore a mask and handled our issue with urgency. I'm extremely impressed with his service and overall experience. I highly recommend Ritz plumbing!!

We called Ritz Plumbing because our sink, toilet, and bathtub were clogged up two gentlemen arrived at our house with masks on who's names were Andres and Luis. My mom Lauren explained what we did prior hand and we told them we had family members over to try and fix our problem for us with a snake multiple times but, Andres told us that our problem was much bigger and our pipes were very old and they suggested that we go with the pressurized water flush but they wanted $350 for it but that was way out of our price range and we unfortunately could not afford it. So my mom asked how much it would be to run a similar snake with sharp scissors on the end and they said it would be $120 just to run it through our pipeline and we still couldn't afford it and they said that if we run their particular snake there was no guarantee that it would work and fix our problem. So, Andres kindly offered to run the snake for free of charge which was extremely nice of them to do. They ran the snake and said that ""Nothing came out."" My mom said ""Okay."" and that if the process did not end up resolving itself that we would give them a call back. So Luis filed the paperwork and gave us a receipt for their description of work. Overall, my experience with this company was surprisingly well and would definitely recommend to people. Thank you Andres and Luis for your excellent customer service and listening to our needs and understanding.

Jose and Raoul were great. They came by on Saturday night this Labor Day weekend and quickly cleared the clogged kitchen sink drain lines in two units of our building. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Can't ask for anything more. Would definitely call Ritz again and ask for Jose and Raoul.

The two technicians, Tony & Chris, for Ritz Plumbing solved all five of our plumbing issues. They replaced the kitchen water filter and old faucet with a new Pfister Clairmont LF-534-7CMC kitchen faucet. They replaced the pantry faucet with a new Moen 8713 single lever wall mount faucet. They replaced an old bathtub stem and installed a new shower head in my wife's shower, maintaining the force of spray in the old shower head, which was important to my wife. I have used Ritz before and will call on them again to replace four more bathtub stems in this old duplex, which always has plumbing problems. (Happy Labor Day)

Told me that I would need to pay $2200 to fix a leak that another plumber fixed for me for a total of $131.
I had a leak in my garage (which is under my kitchen ) and called Ritz Plumbing. Ritz told me that the problem was the drain pipe from my kitchen sink. To fix the drain pipe, Ritz told me that it would cost $2200. In the meantime, they said I should not use my kitchen sink and the leak would stop. I was charged $275.
The next day, after not using the sink, I noticed that the leak had continued unabated. I called a different plumber (Angel Plumbing Services) who came to my house, checked the garage, actually felt under the sink and realized that the back wall of the supply line area was very wet. He told me that I had a leaking supply line and that there was NOTHING WRONG with the drain pipe. He changed the supply line and charged me $131. The leak stopped.

Now I had two very different views. So, I called a third plumber, Plumber2theRescue. They charged me $99 and confirmed that the drain pipe did not need to be changed and that I did not need to pay Ritz Plumbing $2200.

I called Ritz Plumbing to have my money returned. They said that their plumber came and diagnosed the leak and therefore they could not return my money. I made the point that they completely misdiagnosed the leak and told me that I need to spend $2200 to change a drain pipe that did not need to be fixed. After haggling with a manager, they gave me back $175. So, I spent $120 to NOT FIX A LEAK and to be falsely told that I needed to spend $2200 to change the drain pipe.

Made an appt electronically, confirmed electronically, but at the appointed time no one called or showed up. **one star**. REVISED. On posting this review, got a quick call from the company, scheduled an appointment later in the day, and a solid job was done. 4 stars.
