DO NOT CALL THEM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you do, you are enabling this business to swindle and cheat people out of their money.
My tenant called them at night for ER as plumbing was backed up. They came and said they had to come in the morning again. Video scoped the pipes and told tenant that plumbing was clogged due to intrusion of pipes from roots. Then they told tenant that water was leaking into soil and that pipe was cracked. Have to reline the pipes for $8000. Tenant calls and informs me.
I talked to their worker from Ritz plumbing, Richard there. I say $8k was too expensive, he says he will get discount from his boss. Calls me back in 10 minutes and says to reline the pipes is $7k. I say still too expensive. He asks ""what is a good price for you?"" I said $7k is still too much. He says okay, $5k and job done. I told him to f*ck off as he went from $8k to $5k in 10 min. Told him he does not have authorization to do work and to leave my property.
I called my own plumber that I trust and he snaked all the lines. Clog was due to kitchen backed up by rice dumped into drain. My plumber also noticed that water pressure in the house was very low and that someone tinkered with it. After my plumber snaked the pipes the plumbing in the house worked fine. Video scoped the house and no signs of root intrusion or cracks. Have proof on DVD. Ritz plumbing was trying to take a $8k advantage of the situation from my stupid tenants. They paid their invoice of $1800 but I don't know what Ritz actually did. My plumber cost me less than $1000, including DVD video.
I want to hear their reply to this instance and I will counter their reply. This review will be posted on Angies List, Yelp, and Google.

I called Ritz to come and fix my leaky faucet. The company sent Pablo to our house and THANK GOODNESS! He gave me great guidance on what supplies to buy and the install was fast and smooth. My new faucet works great and the prices were fair. I will definitely call Ritz again and will absolutely ask for Pablo, if he's available.

Do not use this place. They're con artists. I had a problem with my toilet. It had backed up and overflowed. I called this place and a guy came out and said he would snake it. Then he said that didn't do anything and he needed to hydro jet it. For $600. I believed him and gave him the ok. Then he got the camera down there and showed me images saying that my main pipe line was damaged. I couldn't tell the difference and didn't really know what he was talking about. He said that I needed to replace a 4ft pipe that was 7 ft under. Which would be an additional $3200. That seemed hard for me to believe that all this was wrong considering my house is still fairly new. I told him I couldn't do that so he said well you can use your toilets but you can't put toilet paper in it. In ANY of my toilets. Not until I get this fixed. I told him I would call them back after talking to me husband who was deployed. After finding really bad reviews and similar circumstances of being lied to from this company, I then called 2 other plumbers to check it out. Nothing was wrong. They both said the snaking probably fixed it. Everything is working properly now. But this company would've had me and my children never being able to flush toilet paper unless we paid $3200 for something we didn't need. Please save yourself the trouble. I have numbers to 2 honest plumbers if you need a recommendation. One is Sanford and son. 1-877-272-5741. And then workstar maintenance solutions. Call Adam at 951-581-9323.

*After speaking with a couple of layers of management I was issued a partial refund and so have modified my rating from 1 star to 3 stars since I feel they made an effort to resolve my issue.
Please note they have an ""F"" rating at the Better Business Bureau.
I needed a plumber to install some water filtration systems I bought, and since they were coming out I asked them to take a look at a clogging issue we were having with one of our toilets. The technician, Richard (who says he is one of the managers) said it would cost $120 for him to snake the toilet which I agreed to. He proceeded to snake it and then told me that while removing some clogs he had hit a hard block and now would need to hydrojet the toilet and it would cost me $450. I wasn't happy about this but I agreed. He had to wait for another technician to show up and then the two of them proceeded to hydrojet the toilet.
Then, seemingly out of nowhere, he is asking for access to under my house. After banging around down there for some time he let me know that my outgoing pipes were extremely old and were cracking in several places. He explained to me that there was raw sewage under my house. That I shouldn't so much as turn my kitchen sink on or it would dump under the house and cause further damage, and that I would need to replace all of my outgoing piping. Obviously I was extremely alarmed. He then took a video of the damage so I could see it for myself. There did seem to be damp spots under the house, and he showed a pipe with some water dripping from it so I believed him. However, the quote was for $7,500 and he said he could finish it that night (it was already 5:30pm on a Friday). The piping he was going to use was plastic so it couldn't have cost more that a couple hundred dollars -so what kind of hourly rate is that? When I let him know we would need to get more quotes he quickly dropped his price to $6,500. I let him know we were still going to need more quotes and he left our house with the water off and another warning to NOT use the water (and our water filtration system never got installed).
My husband, daughter and I had to leave our house that night and stay elsewhere out of fear of causing further damage. The next day we had two different plumbing companies over to provide us quotes and one of them told us that there is absolutely nothing wrong with our outgoing lines. The second one said they are a little old but nothing is wrong with them. There was no raw sewage and no signs of leaks. He quoted us $3500 to have all of the lines replaced.
I am so upset that Richard would try to con me like that. He is a thief who preys on innocent people who need help and in my opinion he belongs behind bars. He seems like a likable and capable person and I'm sure he has successfully conned many people in the past. While he was at my house I overheard him on the phone with a different customer telling them that their gas lines were bad and that they would need to replace them. Obviously this is questionable.
I called the company to let them know about my experience and spoke to Abraham Lopez, who says he is the general manager. I wanted to let him know about Richard and give him the opportunity to make things right. He said he would call be back in 2 hours but he never did.

Jose Joch at Ritz Plumbing did a fantastic job on addressing all our issues at our residence. I'm a contractor, so I know locating a good plumber is very difficult. Jose stayed late with his partner to make sure all the issues were taken care of that night. I highly recommend Ritz Plumbing and ask for Jose

Horrible experience. At my elderly sick mother's house in Fullerton. Downstair's toilet overflowing. Two guys show up and eventually the guy with the equipment shows up. They tell me it will be $375 to do a pressure clean of all the pipes. Then a few minutes later they tell me it will be $2,750 because there are tree roots! I say just get it so we can use it, they did something which took 2 minutes and when they left they said ""good luck, don't use any toilet paper, use the washing machine or take a long shower!"" So what did I get for $375...NOTHING!

Be very careful!!!! Stay away from Ritz Plumbing. They caused us more problems. They don't have good plumbers and they deny any mistake they make. You might think they would save you money, but the reality is that you would pay for it in folds later.....stay away from them!

I hired them to do a preventative cleanout of my sewer line. They hydrowashed, identified a sewer offset, showed me on the camera where it was, then promptly located it under the front of my house, where the sewer lines do NOT run. They gave me a high quote to repair it from their office manager, who had not laid eyes on the site. A second plumber found the actual location of the offset in the backyard, NOT under the front of the house. A third plumber ran a camera out 100 feet and discovered all kinds of intruding roots that a competent hydrowash would have cut away. Later, I discovered Ritz is affiliated with Benedict & Benedict, an old time Pasadena plumbing service, whose reputation went down the drain with Ritz's. Stay away from Ritz!

Jonathan and Juan came out right when I expected them, quickly fixed a drain issue. Definitely recommend!

What a bunch of knuckle heads, I call Ritz and Fisk-it plumbing shows up beating on my neighbors door, then Ritz shows up, come to find out they say Abel owns them, requested a new 40 gallon relocated to the exterior of the house, they quote me $1000 higher than the closest estimate and then try to upsale me on a tankless heater for $6500. I never did get the written estimate I asked for. STAY AWAY....
