Tony and Luis came out and immediately told us what was wrong, they gave us a free quote and now all we have to do is schedule the repairs! It was super easy and stress free, I always feel hesitant in calling a new company for fear of being hassled into paying more than we need to but they seemed extremely knowledgeable and I felt like the price for what needed to be done was very fair. They were professional and didn't waste any time! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family

I guess we must be really lucky, because we had Ruben of Ritz arrive at 10pm Wednesday for a sewer line that was flooding the house. He stopped the leak, determined that line was leaking badly and isolated the cause as a series of clogs, either from a collapsed pipe or roots; got a camera and large snake head out at 0100, confirmed problem was not going away, scheduled the next morning to dig up source of water and found whole section of underground line going to street sewer was completely clogged and separating. Called in two other crews who excavated, repaired and replaced as needed, and with time to cure attachments, came back Friday morning, tested connections, installed additional cleanout, refilled excavation, installed new toilet, and did everything cleanly, politely and effectively. It was only emergency plumber we could locate after four others could not be bothered, and we are completely satisfied with Ruben's customer service and the professionalism of him, Anthony and the entire crew in fixing what could have been a real nightmare.

I wish I read reviews before calling. These guys are jokers. They hire junior high educated guys who don't have any accountability because management doesn't care. Stay away, far away. The job wont get done correctly and it surely won't be done on time.

There are smaller more reputable companies who can service you with a lot more care.

Always call Jesus and Ruben. Best of best honest and reliable guys. You want it done call these guys they know their stuff. 10 stars all around. Any problems big or small these guys can fixed.

This is an updated review. So they installed the wrong splitter and so I made another appointment. A half hour after my appointment time passed I called to see why the plumber never came. I was told the driver was running late and they would call back with an eta. A half hour later I had to call them because no one called me back. And then they proceed to tell me that the drive is still half hour away by this time it's already 2.5 hours after my appointment time. The lack of communication from this company is very sad as they don't respect their customers time. It's funny how when they are coming to a job where they aren't making money they're late with no communication but they were right on time when they charged my $225 for a 10 minute job. Take your business else where!

This is a dishonest company with lousy plumbers. They couldn't even install a simple kitchen faucet properly. I had to call customer service multiple times to send out different plumbers and remind them to apply my senior discount (which they said they would, but didn't). Take my advice and stay away.

Called Ritz this morning for a clog I didn't know how to handle. They came quick and knocked it out for a reasonable price.
We've used them for a couple of issues, including a massive back up. They get that plumbing issues need to be handled ASAP and get on it!
