Move a gas line for stove to sit flush against the wall. Jesus came out within 2 hours of calling and found a smart way to move the gas line without a major issue. All done within 45 minutes. Great!

My bathroom sink pipes exploded in the morning and the water was pouring out of all the pipes. Ritz sent two guys over (Jesus and Gilbert) and everything was fixed within 10 min. They even checked my shower to make sure the filters were clean and helped increase the water pressure for me. Afterwards they cleaned up all of the water on the ground for me. They were super nice and professional. They even took off their shoes before entering, which I really appreciated. Would definitely use their services again.

I previously posted a review on Ritz Plumbing but was removed because I wasn't clear if this was my firsthand experience. In response to Ritz Plumbing's plea to remove my review, this was firsthand because the house in question belongs to me! I house my parents in this property in LA and I visit them once a month and inspect my property. When the toilet flush valve, I authorized my parents' call to Ritz Plumbing. Ritz Plumbing are scammers! They changed the flush valve and flapper for $350. It's supposed to be a 20 minute DIY job but they were there for a couple of hours in the bathroom evidently pretending to be working. Then after a couple of months, I was disappointed when the valve they supposedly fixed started leaking and we had to call a different plumber to repair it. These individuals should be ashamed of stealing money from people and having the stomach to feed their family with it.

Gilbert and his crew arrived quickly to address our water heater issue. We decided to go all out and do a tankless water system and they got it all done the same day which was a life saver for me and my family. Destiny at the office was also very helpful in coordinating everything. They were also able to work with me on my budget. Highly recommend.

They called to make it right. While they couldn't fix the actual clogged drain, they did fully refund what I had paid. I truly appreciate their follow up and commitment to make things right. Will give them another chance next time I need a plumber.

Beyond dishonest--this is outright fraud. Tech came out for ""free"" appraisal to redo fireplace gas line and said that there was a leak in gas lines under house, and that he had a headache because the gas smell was so bad. He then showed video of corroded pipe and left proposal to fix for $16.5k and charged $120 for ""free"" appraisal. I then called out So Cal Gas company to check for leaks-- there were NONE. Gas company inspector said Ritz tech guy never even went under the house to inspect and said that the ritz tech likely showed me video of another house's corroded pipe. No corroded pipes under house. What a complete crook. He even wrote in his report there was ""leaking in multiple spots"".

Ritz Plumbing came to my rescue last Saturday when my regular maintenance plumber was under the weather. Two adjacent apartments were suffering with seriously backed up kitchen sinks. Routine snaking didn't work so they used a hydro-jet and got the job done. Andes, Victor and Raymond provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, good problem-solvers and worked as a team. The charge for their services was reasonable. I was very pleased with the results and my tenants were happy to have their sinks back to normal so quickly. Thank you very much.
