Wanted to acknowledge the fine service from Alexis Hull performing our 6mos tune-up on the Lennox A/C units. He was professional, competent and thorough in the interrogation of our two units. Although the systems are fairly new and in good working order, he performed all the necessary tests in evaluating the condition of both units.
Upon completion, he presented the data readouts, photos and made recommendations of services that might be in order down the road. Changes our filters and provided us with a couple of spares for us to install as necessary. He also gave us priceing in for services that I was inquiring about that were not related to the A/C units he came to inspect.
Very well done, Alex!

We had RiteWay install a new HVAC system for our downstairs AC. They did a fine job with that, but then they talked us in to getting a monthly maintenance agreement for the other services they provide. BIG MISTAKE!
The first time and only time we had them do plumbing for us they charged us more than $1,000 for a job that took a half hour max and needed a five dollar part. Then they took two weeks to put the patch they cut in the ceiling back. They also promised to repaint the patch, but never would come out to do that. We cancelled their monthly maintenance and fired them. Now Plumb Plumbing has merged with them, a company that we hired to repipe replacing the polyethylene piping (they did a fine job). So how not only has RiteWay lost our business but Plumb Plumbing has, too, as they are all part and parcel or the same group.
Incidentally, they were supposed to come out twice a year to check on their new installation (it says so in their contract). We have seen and heard nothing from them. I suppose the Registrar of Contractors would be interested in this situation, too.
Use RiteWay at your own risk.

down right scammers will 100% upsell and make you think you need a more expensive repair than necessary had them repair my swamp cooler motor just to realize from a friend in the hvac field it was completely unnecessary they also took multiple days to repair it over the span of 2 weeks and had the audacity to charge 2 thousand dollars many better hvac options out there the repair men seemed to not know very much about swamp coolers in general would not recommend

Update Ben from Rite Way called me and listened to my concerns. It became apparent that they had reached out on Friday but for some reason my husband's phone did not receive message. He had Kurt call us and we are on the schedule to fix the whistling issue. It will cost us additional money but they worked with us on cost.
I appreciated his listening ear and acknowledgment of my concerns.
I have amended my review as they have provided great service in the past!
We have been working with Ac plumbing and Medic for 7 years. We have spent a lot of money with them. New Water heater, soft water system, 2 new air conditioning units, plumbing - toilets, faucets etc. We joined their membership. They installed a new a/c unit in March. We have had a horrible whistling since the air has been running more. We called and they came out and said - you need a new cold air return - $1500.00. Not acceptable - they sent a manager who thought he fixed. We called this week - everyday they are sending someone out to address. 3 days this week. The whole day waiting for them and they never show!! They are terrible and I would never recommend. They have been bought by another company and they don't care at all about loyal customers. We spent $13,000 for a new unit and it now sounds like a plane landing every time it turns on. And if Francisco is your sales rep run run away. He talks out one side of his mouth and when you need help - not available!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My AC wasn't working and so I requested a technician, however a sales person showed up, did not perform a diagnostics, used a different company's diagnostic as determination, also, this is an insurance claim and so he also hid the fact that the company does not work with insurance. He kept pushing to say that insurance won't pay out, etc, etc. I had instructed him to call the insurance company to get an authorization for it, which he or the company also did not do. The manager informed me a couple of days later that they don't work with insurance companies.
Now, I'm stuck with a 10K bill for a new HVAC. All of this so they can get my business.
Their install was also sub-par, left all of the copper tuning and wiring exposed instead of burying underground.
Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.

Harrison Turner with Rite Way AC did an outstanding job checking our HVAC sysyem. He is very professional and knowledgeable
He gave us the opportunity to become VIP members so we can enjoy Rite Way service for years with no worries.

Today, 6/11/2024, I received the annual checkup on my two Trane AC units. The technician (Gilbert) did an effective and thorough job. He was very polite and gave the units a very professional going over. I've had other technicians from Rite Way (AKA, AAA) in the past and they all seem to have high skill standards.

I bought a brand new water heater from them a hybrid tank essency September 2023 and we have had quite a few problems with it. 16 error alarms and at least 4 weekends of no hot water because they'll send a tech that can't fix the problem, so we then have to wait for a more skilled tech and then wait for parts, etc. it's not even a year old. Our 20 yr old water heater never gave us an issue once, we just wanted to get a new ""tankless"" one and ended up choosing a hybrid because we replaced the HVAC and Roof. I regret replacing my water heater and I even more so regret replacing it through Riteway.

My Riteway tech for today's preventative maintenance, Cory Hetrick, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, etc. We were very impressed with this young man. Riteway has never disappointed us. I highly recommend them and Cory as your tech.

I really like this company. Their service techs are professional and informative and they arrange for service promptly. Previously, I had them remove a water treatment system that had shorted out and they did a good job.
Yesterday, a tech came out to assess a kitchen faucet leak. He advised that I needed a new faucet which I suspected. When I asked what he could do to fix it, he quoted me $680 for a new faucet Rite Way would provide. That seemed really high, but I wanted to get it replaced and functional ASAP. I asked to see a photo of the faucet they would install, and he said there wasn't one he could show me. He said the alternative was for me to go and purchase a faucet and they would install it for $375. I agreed to this, and he asked for payment in advance which I put on a credit card.
After he left, I received an email of the invoice for prepayment for the installation which states that ""any issues with the faucet after installation will not be covered under Rite Way warranty."" When I went to purchase the faucet at Lowes, they offered installation for $175, less than half of what Rite Way charged me. I called Rite Way today and asked to cancel the installation and get a refund. To their credit, they agreed to cancel/refund.
I very much would like to call Rite Way any time I need home maintenance services, however, it does not sit right with me to pay more than double what another provider would charge. I felt like a fool for agreeing to pay in advance for the installation when I found out what Lowes was charging.
Further, for Rite Way not to honor the installation/work with warranty coverage when something could go wrong with the install also doesn't sit right with me. At least offer to show me what I'm buying (faucet photo) and stand by your work (labor warranty) if you are going to charge more than double the market rate.
It's a loss for Rite Way from my standpoint. The tech had me sold on a whole house water purification system that I was ready to move forward with, but now I don't trust the pricing or even the system that was referred.
