Riteway's technician, Jose Flores, came out to do a 6 mo. maintenance visit and did a great job - he kept me informed of what he he was checking and cleaning, let me know what services he would recommend based on his diagnostics, showed me detailed photos of the areas needing attention, and was professional and courteous throughout his visit. My heat pump will need some repairs, but I feel confident that I am getting necessary repairs, and wasn't oversold.
My husband and I have been using Rite Way for a few years now and initially had the impression they were priced ok, and some of the technicians are honest and provide quality work. But lately, noticing sloppy work when the most recent technician tells us the person who came last time missed something essential; a lot of pressure to spend more money with them including follow up calls from their 'production department' asking why we aren't doing the expensive service and maybe we should schedule that; and completely disorganized dispatch where they send people at the times we requested they not show up. I just shared some of my concerns with a customer service rep and she essentially shrugged me off and said she'll let a manager know, then quickly wrapped up the call with me. We're going to look elsewhere.
Riteway is the WRONG way to go! I called for service on two bathroom Delta faucets that needed to have new cartridges installed. The technician immediately began to try to sell me new faucets rather than replace the cartridges. Cost estimate to replace three faucets (as they could not match the remaining one, $1320! Idea dismissed and I had to remind him that all I really wanted was new cartridges. So after taking apart my handle and removing the cartridge, came back to me with an estimate of $789 to replace two cartridges, one in each sink. Not the pair as they are two handle faucets but just the one leaking. I immediately got on a chat with Delta and they reminded me they are under lifetime warranty and even without that only $60 per cartridge. They also advised me both hot and cold should be replaced at the same time. Needless to say, the technician never mentioned that. So I refused to pay that outrageous amount. Of course the technician after doing nothing to resolve my issue, still charged me for the trip out (to oversell me) $90! Total scam and so disappointed with this company. I would give negative stars if I could ! Stay away!!
Burton L.Had to give another great shout out to Thomas Boscia of Rite Way who came out to installed an outlet for our tankless water heater, he was thorough, efficient and cleaned up the area very nicely when complete. I gotta say, with the last 4 visits that I have had each time the professionalism was top notch, the communication was excellent and the end products were superb. I have been a customer with this company for many years now and I have not once had a bad experience, this is a company I can trust.

Sewer Service Techs Zachary Graves and Brandon Brown-Mirr were professional, courteous, personable, worked expeditiously, and approached the problem in a manner to minimize the cost. Zachary was very knowledgeable and offered valuable information to avoid further issue. He informed me of the cost range before getting my permission to proceed with the work. I would definitely contact RiteWay again and highly recommend their sewer services.
11/3/24: I AM NO LONGER USING RITEWAY, after being a customer for years. The last 3 people that came out were horrible. They didn't clean out much of anything. One guy came at dark and spent 45 minutes on a 2 hour job. Each one tried to sell me refrigerant, new surge protectors, blower motor cleaning, and now a whole new ac system. The last one from RITEWAY claimed a mouse chewed through wires, yet I paid someone from another company to check and he found no evidence of it. And the last Riteway guy didn't even clean my filters. SEE PHOTOS. I paid someone else to re-do what RITEWAY should have done. I've canceled my maintenance plan with them, because it's a waste of money.
In addition, they offered a free drain snake for pipes. Sometime after 6 pm, the guy let me know he was on his way. I told him not to bother. (They had canceled on me the day before. )
I was very loyal to another plumbing company and a little wary of initially using this company; however, I decided to have them perform a Maintenance Service for me. A delightful, respectful young Technician, named Zach G, was sent. He explained what he was going to do and afterward explained what he had done and what he further recommended. He also offered to help me navigate the process, giving me all the information he had at the moment on initial inspection and maintenance . I truly appreciate the time he gave me, the explanations he offered and what to possibly further expect. If this is a representation of this company, I will continue to be a loyal customer
I got a Trane unit from Rite Way about 3.5 years ago, they came out for a scheduled maintenance issue and now for the past 2 months have been claiming there are all types of issues, or can't find the problem. This unit should not be having these issues only being less than 4 years old. We have now sat in 90 degree house multiple days, with technicians unable to figure out the problem. Or coming up with ""new"" possible issues. Again, I was not experiencing issues with my until until about 2 months ago, when Rite Way came to do the included maintenance on my new unit! They have now been to my house about 10-12 times trying to figure out the issue and give me the run around. Would not recommend Rite Way Heating and Cooling!
Zachary Graves was our technician. He arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and explained in detail what he would be able to do to unclog the dishwasher drain and replace our garbage sink disposal. He worked quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend Rite Way Heating Cooling and Plumbing to anyone in need of A/C or plumbing issues. This is not the 1st time we have scheduled service with Rite Way and it wont be the last. Thanks again Zachary!
Recently I had the need for an experienced electrician and called Riteway to hopefully get someone that same day. They were excellent in working with my concern and the need for quick Service. They were able to arrange a technician for that afternoon.
The tech, MONTE MOORE called me to advise he was on his way and arrived exactly as promised. The advance notification and timely arrival was impressive but what was most important was Monte not only fixed my electrical problem but took the time to explain what the problem was and how to prevent its reoccurrence. He even took the extra step to rewire two switches to prevent any further possible problems in another part of the circuit.
Besides his technical expertise, his he was cordial, courteous and before he left offered to respond to any possible questions I might have.
Bottom line, totally impressed with the timely response and excellent results provided by Monte and the Rite Way company.
They are on my list as the company to call should any future electrical problems occur. If so, I'll also be requesting Monte Moore specifically as I know he'll get it fixed properly.
