I have never been so impressed. The ""team"" was unbelievable both times that they have helped me out. Besides their exceptionally solicitous treatment of their customers, they are by far the most knowledge plumbing experts that exist. Their understanding of all aspects of plumbing issues as well as the related disciplines. Furthermore, they are able (and take the time) to explain the scope and details of what is needed in lay language so that their customers understand precisely what they are doing. And then they perform the job and do an absolutely perfect job and follow up.They did 2 jobs for me and will be performing yet another job soon) In short, they are an absolute delight! I consider it an honor to know them!

One word to describe Rishon Plumbing..Wow! They were so quick to respond to our leaking water heater. They came out the next morning.
We called more then 5 plumbers and Rishon plumbing was the most reasonable in price but also the most knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave us good tips on how to avoid future problems. We also the love the fact they didn't charge is a service call fee. It was a flat rate and knew exactly what we were going to pay versus other plumbers showing up (charging to come out) and telling you how much more you have to pay.
Rishon plumbing had to do more work than anticipated with extra parts and assembly but decided not to charge us for that since they promised over the phone how much they were going to charge. They were extremely friendly and courteous! We are definitely recommending them to all of our friends and a family!!

There was some water leakage problem in my water heater which was making me sick. I called many companies but they were not available at that moment. I was looking for a plumber and found Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters. I checked their reputation and yes they were very famous in this area. So I decided to call and book an appointment. They gave me a quote and a time window. The plumber was in time and was looking very professional with all his tools and accessories. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was the easiest repair I have ever experienced. The plumber did a exceptional job. He was excellent in his work as well as fast and efficient too. I would definitely recommend the company and its services.



The company makes it so easier for plumbing repairs. I loved the work and it was a pleasure working with them. From the booking to the re installation everything went very smooth. He even cleaned up everything before leaving that was something new for me . The quote they offered was cheaper than rest of the vendors. The plumber called me before arriving so as to check if I was available at that moment. He did his work within 2 hours and was very experienced and dedicated towards his work. He did a great job under the estimated time. The service was splendid and A+. I would definitely recommend this to everyone . There was nothing to bring down the 5-star rating. The quality the cleanliness everything was perfect. Well done!

Will fix anything plumbing and water heating related; I had a couple problems with my household. Fixing our leaking faucet and replacing our poor water heater was not a problem for Rishon while not being a problem for my wallet also.

Our water heater broke down for 2 weeks and we have worked with 3 other different plumbers trying to get them repair or provide us a quote for replacement, all of them has failed our expectation for repairing promise, and when we inquired for replacement option, everyone told us something different and conflicting. It has been disappointing until we talked to Geroge, he is honest, polite and courteous, although he isn't the cheapest bid, but is affordable and you want someone who can be trusted in this kind of work. They came for the next day to do initial inspection, then came back in an hour with all the parts ready and spent the entire afternoon helping us to redo all the pipe work without single complaints. His assistant John is also amazing, they are clean and always keep us informed for everything, everything so professional with email invoice and receipt, all clear and quick!!! we have all the respect for these guys and will be on our call list from now on for plumbers, we definitely recommend them to all of our friends and thanks for saving our weekend! You guys rock!!!

Our water heater broke down. Despite the busy schedule, George made some available time for us right away. He showed up with the needed parts to repair our water heater, and it was fixed in no time. After taking several bids with different companies decided to go with Rishon. There pricing matched our budget. Wanted to replace an electric water heater in the garage, with a small tankless unit. George was on time for the estimate and very nice to work with.

After scheduling the install, the crew were on time and ready with everything to do the job. Finished the work in three hours making sure things functioned properly. They even fixed and adjusted our shower faucet and temperature control valve! Then they checked the gas range, made some adjustments there and did a small plumbing adjustment in the bathroom sink with no additional charges!

They cleaned up after them and left. George stopped by next day to inspect and do the financial transaction and took a moment to listen and checked out a couple of unrelated concerns I had regarding our gas lines. Great job guys! We will use your services again, thank you!
