Almost exactly one year after my tankless water heater was installed it kept malfunctioning. Rishon Plumbing came back out twice this week to try different things to make it work. It's been up and running without any problems since they were here yesterday. The problem could be a malfunction with the water heater itself and the manufacturer needs to replace it; however, Rishon Plumbing did everything within their power to get it working again and so far it's running like normal again. Thanks again for getting my hot water back to normal!!!
