BEWARE!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!! I called Agustin because I was remodeling my kitchen and on a time crunch to complete the hob and wanted to move the sink pipe from one wall to another. My home has a crawl space which all the work could be done from underneath. Simple enough job. Day 1. I call him for a quote. He says he will come the following day at 8am. 8:30am he doesn't show. (should have seen the red flags) I call him and he says sorry his truck is broken down and he wouldn't be able to make it until 1pm. Ok fine no problem. 1pm comes around. No show. Finally closer to 2pm he rings the doorbell. Great at least he showed up. Hour late but whatever we are all humans and things delay us no biggie. I tell him to crawl underneath to see the how to run the pipes from underneath. he says no we can just tear the sheetrock off and do it from inside the kitchen. ok fine no problem. I figure he knows better. Says he can be here tomorrow in the morning at 10am to start the job says roughly 5 hours. 10am comes around and no show again. 11:30 he rings the door bell with a worker. They get to work. Tear the sheetrock off and now problems. Theres more pipes running through the wall and he cant do it from the top. He finally goes under and says he will have to do all the work from below the home. (Had already suggested that from the beginning. but then Again there was no way of knowing there were that many pipes in the wall with the sheet rock up so fair enough.) At this point its 3pm. He says now he has to run to home depot to pick up the materials and to pay him at least for materials.

Sounds fair. Cash only though. Hmm should have of been smarter about that but he seems like a good guy. But since its a 5 hour job he said he will come the next day to finish it early so he's not at my home too late. OK fair enough. 12pm was the agreed time. The next day comes around and its 2pm and nothing. I call him and he's in a job sight in Pleasanton supposedly. He cant make it. Now I have to delay countertop installation, flooring because he cant show up. Swears up and down Sunday morning. Ok fine. Bad planning on his part. Sunday morning I start calling him at 8am. No answer. Texts? No response. It's almost 1 and still no response. He got paid materials and never responded again. I called him from a different number. He finally answered. I asked is its was Rio Agustin I was talking to. He said yes. I told him where was he and then he said he wasnt Rios and I got the wrong number. Then he pretended not to speak english and only spanish. Lucky for me I speak spanish. He said he has no idea what I am talking about. I hung up on me. Triple checked the number and its was the correct number. He stole my money. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Saved my day! Called about a clogged sink/garbage disposal and Agustin was able to come out the same day. Price was reasonable and work was done quickly. Very professional, will definitely contact in the future when needed.

Agustin helped me fix several items around my house such as securing kitchen sink hardware, fixing broken closet drawers, replacing shutter hardware. Agustin responded promptly to my call, he was able to fit my project on the same day.
I needed an urgent repair of a patio door, the hinges were loose and I couldn't close it anymore.
Agustin was professional, respectful, and made the repair in a short time.

I hired Agustin to do many small things and despite the fact that he's competent, honest about his capabilities, and punctual I can't recommend his services.

One part of the job he was hired to do was stucco repair on the exterior of my house which was done poorly. He literally just slapped something on without forming or shaping and left a mess too. I had to hire someone else to repair his mistakes.

He was also tasked with cleaning out all the debris from my crawlspace but upon inspection later he did not completely clear out out. I also ended up having someone else complete the job.

In short, you really need to be on him and point out obvious details. Be careful though, he has a habit of trying to charge you extra if you ask for the slightest extra.

I did not call him back to make him fix his mistakes because I just don't trust him.

Agustin is a wonderful handyman who can do lots of things . He is responsible, hard working, trustworthy, very polite and pleasant, flexible, and aims to please. He frequently checked in to make sure that we were satisfied with the progress of the work.
He built and painted cages for our vegetable boxes. They are sturdy and beautiful.
He made and installed 8 floating shelves in our living room. I had bought brackets that were not strong enough to support the weight of the shelves, so he had to come up with Plan B to use rebar and anchor the shelves in the wall studs.
He and his team did the electrical work for our garden lights and relocated our 600 lb fountain.
He did other handyman work around the house with efficiency and quality.
We highly recommend him , will call him for any future projects, and wish him much deserved luck!

Agustin is very friendly, efficient and reasonable. He helped me fix a door knob, broken toilet, replace toilet seat, two broken screen. I appreciate his work ethnics and he came with mask and took off his shoes at work in my house.

Beyond appreciative. Had Agustin and his team install 3 outdoor electric roller shades on stucco patio wall. They also installed a new power outlet.
Agustin came out to offer an estimate - good, reasonable pricing. He returned a few days later at my availability - on time, efficient and looks great.
I'm really happy with the work and intend to have this team return to install ceiling fans and new light fixtures.

This guy is one cool cat. I need some plumbing work done for kitchen remodel. Every plumber I called wanted to slit my throat and bleed the green. I got numerous estimates for my project cause of all the plumbers there was only one that was respectful of my needs. I was hesitant to go with a handyman as opposed to a plumber. I even did tons of research watching YouTube videos reading, All the see if I can do the job myself.Rios was willing to do more than anybody else and a more competitive price. I hung out with him during the whole project watching what he was doing call just to see how accurate all the information I learned was. He was on spot with everything that he was doing. He was excellently cordial and I was happy to have him in my home. I tend to write more negative reviews on yelp than anything else. I need to start being more positive and this experience was very positive. If you need a job done plumbing or otherwiseGive this business and opportunity did you right by you.

Agustin the handyman was friendly and showed up on time and Covid protected wearing a face mask.
The job Agustin did for me was repaired my fence that was leaning after a storm, assembled an electronic stand up desk and a rangehood under my cabinet.
Agustin does great work.
