I was in a tough spot. I had an apartment in Fremont I let someone else use and needless to say they were terrible tenants. I had two weeks before I needed to turn in my keys and I was facing massive fees for all the damage done. I called Agustin and within a week the work was done and I couldn't have been happier. Agustin was professional, thorough, and honest. He also charged a very reasonable amount for all the work done. I will be using Agustin again and would recommend him to anyone!

Rios claimed he could fix a variety of things around my house, but he could not finish fixing anything. He will make excuses and complain, and will demand payment up front. His skill set, effort, and attitude are terrible.

He will also call other people (who also don't know what they are doing) and pay them a lower price to try and do it. Do not trust him and do not call him.

Day1: send me photos for ur work and I sent the photos explaining 3 small jobs. He says I will come there and gave y quote. Fair

Day 2: quotes for two work in garage, he says 500$. Third was power supply connections for already wired in my garden he says total for 3 work 600$. I said I wanted to paint a small washed area outer wall he said another 100$. Ok total 700$. Then I explained I wanted plugs in the garden he said 3 plugs 300$. So total 1000$. I tried to ask if you say 300$ for everything in the garden then 100$ u have quoted should be out and I couldn't make him understand because he doesn't speak English. I got tired and agreed 1000$ . Material cost 100$ I paid on this day. So remaining 900$ for work day.

Garage: 500$
Power supply connections: 100$
Paint: 100$
3 plugs: 300$

Work day: he came and went directly to garden and sees the wall is concrete. Normally it is concrete. He doesn't have tools to work on that. He should have checked on day1 for quote but that's ok:. How much should be the revised quote it should be 1000-300=700 I asked atleast connect the power supply he didn't recommend. then he completed the work and looks like we didn't have paint at home and we decided he will come other day to do it. Now with no power supply and no plug how much should be the quote . It should be 700-100=600$. I failed to explain this and we agreed on 700$ even though it had to be 600$. I asked can I pay you the paint money when u actually finish painting. He was adamant on remaining 600$. I paid him all as it was very difficult to communicate.

Day of paint: he comes and paint and asks me 100$. I said how much was total 700$ I already paid. He says you paid me 600$ total. I said I paid 600$ cash and 100$ on materials.he was rude and left. It was total unprofessionalism.

Agustin trimmed down our doors that were dragging over the carpet because we upgraded to thicker padding with the new carpet. He did a great job and was quick.

Agustin responded to my Yelp query pretty quickly. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem that our shower lacked caulking and needed a good sealing on the bottom of the glass shower stall in order not to leak. Then he fixed it quickly and with good humor. I'm definitely contacting him the next time I need help.

Here working guy along with another one member in the crew. Changed locks, installed mailbox, complicated curtain rods and other small jobs around the house. Very polite and an expert. Have issues with coordinating but if you can get him, he is good.
