Agustin changed a new water heater that I bought from Home Depot for me. I am very pleased with his work. He knew what he was doing. His soldering skill is excellent.
When Agustin saw the parts for my water heater that I bought from Home Depot. He told me those parts were not good. He took me to Home Depot to get new parts.
It is cheaper to buy a water heater first and ask someone to installed. If it is the same price, we will get a better water heater.
If you don't know which one is a good water heater, you can search a best water heater from Google and compare among internet websites.

Mr Rios is very professional in his work. He and his wife have been helping us to remodel our kitchen, closet , installing hardwood floor, painting, and more. He is hard working and very honest. He gives us the materials bill each time he goes to Home Depot. He gives an estimate that is reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended for handyman in Hayward and surrounding area!

I really recommend Rios for all your regular handy man needs. He's a jack of all trades and gets the job done. I had a problem with my plumbing and he just came in and fixed it within an hour and he offers fair and good prices too

Augustin did an excellent job installing two bathroom fan heaters for us. He was responsive, came out multiple times after I made a mistake ordering the wrong units. He was able to get the job done quickly based on my schedule. He installed the heaters, patch my walls and cleaned up neatly. We'll contact him again for future jobs!

It was a huge mistake to hire this person. Rios does not know how to give out the correct honest estimate. He was very unprofessional, unorganized, rude, and would NOT perform anything extra to finish up the job smoothly.

He started demanding for more money and running to buy materials during the installation process. He was very greedy, kept on complaining, and demanded for more money. Basically, we ended up paying more but he still left things unfinished in which we ended up completing his installation mess after. Would not recommend his service.

As mentioned on other similar reviews below, when we confronted him on his quote he said he does not speak English. I would definitely not hire Rios again.
